This is for the attention of owners/ managers. A lot has been said about the customer service but i didn’t faced any problem there.This branch do not have any biscuit brand other than LU. If u want to promote your own biscuits fine then don’t keep any brand. Why LU only. What u ppl are up to?Further they have boards in front of the bakery saying parking only for c&b. But the guard there he allowed someone to park the car apparently just cuz they were of a same clan and then again placed the board. Get your controls right. U r not a govt org.

Offers :sweets, cookies, bakery items, coffee, chocolates, distilled water, cold drinks etc.Hygienic :1) items covered in clean glass showcases2) freshly baked3) manufactured and expiry date mentionedMy experience :I have tasted their mix biscuit, fruit cake, chicken patties, and cream rolls. Except cream rolls all the mentioned items tasted extraordinary. Specially, I liked the fruit cake baked in a massive quantity of mix fruits,must try it. Also, the mix biscuit tasted more than good. However, I didnt like their cream rolls, as the cream they used is not of the quality that is used by shizan bakers,so not recommended for cream rolls. In addition to this, I use to bring drinking water from them, that too is in above normal distilled condition.Recommendations for the owner:1) make your shop wheelchair accessible2) try to train your dealing staff to deal the customers nicely, and quickly.. They lack both of these.3) the contact information displayed on the packets arent belong to this branch, mentioned contacts are of the main branch. Try to put your own branch number on the packets.4) you are charging an extra Rs. 15 for providing a biodegradable bag, please stop putting this burden on your customers.5) if a customer deposits security for taking water canes, please dont refuse to pay it back if he or she want to quit the service and provides you the canes back.

Good place to have fresh bakery items. They have their own dedicated oven section at each outlet for onspot customized baking.

A well maintained bakery located at perfect place with quite a variety and range of confectionery. Most of the products available are freshly baked though packaged stuff is also available. They always mention the date of manufacture and expiry date on every product.The taste of the products is just ok, average. Fresh coffee available is made with Nescafé coffee machine.P.S. their summers special include “Ice Slush” that’s provided in 3 flavours (mango, orange and strawberry).

Very bad experience. The customer service is almost zero. They just budge about different things and will not listen to their customers. I just got really disappoint. They do not guide their customer and just sell low quality food.

Too much irresponsible, ridiculous attitude of this bastered cashier with me today evening almost 1900 hrs, he said to me (customer) that he has no exchange of just Rs 500 because of sunday and he forced me to bring open cash for my shopping, who will excuse for his birth/ job and upbringing. Is this training of cake & bakes???
