A brach without a phone no.???? Really!!!

The manager sitting at cash deposit conter is worse,he has no manners to talk.I had token but i approch them after just one number from me then he rudely said to me getlost get new token.Then i get token but he refuse to submit form fee for PU by saying that our system can t show your major in a rude way second time.Is this the way to do busines?

Very poor service. Banking staff is not trained according to their job description.

One of the Busiest branch of UBL in Lahore, usually the ATM is out of order so one may return unsuccessful if they look for quick cash. People usually come late when the timings are ending so they are not able to get this good service.

First but worst experience like any other UBL branch... Female staff is even worst, the lady sitting at first desk on right hand side when entered is so arrogant and not helpful at all... Google, Why is there no negative ranking? ....
