Most unprofessional people in this branch. I went there to change my mobile number, it took 2.5 hours.

Third class service only give protocol reference client other sit in lounge and keep waiting 2 3 hours

This is the standard of their management & the people they have. They can only fool customers but unfortunately they are unaware of Pakistanis. They should work on their attitudes rather than playing these stupid tricks & to harass the customers
