My recent banking experience has forced me to complain about the customer services provided by a multinational bank with zero training on Customer Service and dealing with people. I had a cheque that was bounced due to wrong signature, and i asked them on what went wrong, on which they did not even listen to me and rudely asked to get the signature changed, i work night shifts and i live far away from the bank, At Least a smiling face with an explanation would have worked, but I was being rudely treated and was told that we do transactions of millions and why wouldnt we give your few thousands, and that too said by the branch manager probably a (Local B.com Graduate). They did not even look at my face and kept busy in their work. This was the first time.The Second time i went to the other branch, same attitude! they dont even look at you and talk about millions and billions in front of clients. (Discrimination).The third time on cash withdrawal the teller took almost 20 minutes to clear the cheque and gave me Rs 500 rupee notes, on which i said i want Rs.5000 notes, and he refused outright saying that we dont have those, i said why are you refusing me on giving 5000 notes and said i did not refuse, i gave the amount to you. (So Rude! and unprofessional).Please hire professionals and educated people in your bank or at least train your employees to be respectful to people.

This is new branch recently opened on khyaban-e-firdous road. This branch is named as wapda town branch. This branch opened recently, So it has very less traffic.

Apart from their receptionist(s), the whole staff is rude and unethical. Every time go to their branch, and you see yourself in the middle of a problem for no reason.

SCB branches are a nightmare every single time. if it wasnt for the online and the cdm options wouldve stopped using ages ago

More than 30 people in queue and 1 counter is operationl out of 4. Been waiting since more than 30 mins to deposit a cheque. Poor service! Not something to be expected by an international bank. Needs better management!

Atm machine captured my card, 0630 in morning and branch is temporary closed. Their call centre has advised to contact nearest branch and request them to get the card from machine. This is unusual for such a reputed bank to ask customers to move around their other branches to obtain ATM card which belongs to another bank.

Standard chartered is the fastest and most likely banking in Pakistan. Good environment in each branches in standard chartered Bank. Handsome and professional staff will be able to help us.

Good services. Good number of tellers and the token system is really working good. They will also do a CNIC photocopy for you if you need any.

Female staff is rude and uncooperative. They act like they are doing a favour by opening your account. Major attitude problem. Third class service.
