Overall society seems to have good management but there are lot of brokers who are either corrupt or thrives. They didnt acquire 80 percent land, further more, they are under legal trails in NAB!Their property dealers have artificially increased the prices including extra own or on over the price. My experience with Al-Kabir was very frustrating. Had to loose a decent amount of money.

Phase 1 is developed, a good place for investment , while phase 2 is under development, phase 2 LDA approval is pending.

Not sure if its approved because LDA approval is only for 200+ kanals where they have sold files for more than 4000 plots
