Awami villas are the best place if you have low budget. You can buy ground floor villa @40lac, 1st floor @35lac and 2nd floor @31 lac. Wapda and water supply available but have to use gas cylinder. Two parks in the area. These are at the end so no traffic load. Families are living there. Problem which you to face is that there is no market near it. You have to go to main Market.

A good residential place for lower earing community. Which give them same facilities as people residing at posh areas.

There is only 1 problem there is no sign board of awami villas form the enterence of the bahria orchid to the awami villas

Not a bad place to live. But its in the extreme corner of Bahria orchard. Rents are very affordable. But a person who dont have own car or bike cant live that far. No commercial area nearby. The apartments dont have cupboards and have leakage problem. Rest space is fine. Two bed. Lounge and bath. No gas.

It is the scheme of small houses by Bahria Town. These are triple story flats with two beds. Rents are very affordable so mostly populated. However commercial is not near so problems.
