Worst experience. I took flight international tickets from them. One of tickets had a refund which never got fulfilled till 5 months. I called up the airline and they said your refund has been given back to your travel agent. Then had to involve authorities to get my due claim back.They just make clients as they are in a very busy place. Never buy from these people. They are crooks.

Really bad experience and not recommended for anyone, specifically for international trips. Haven’t tried any local trip yet and definitely do not plan on doing that with them. Our trip advisor (Hassan) had so many stories to tell but nothing happened in actual. When we traveled he was never available for any help and we had to coordinate everything with vendors directly. We were told that we can check in as soon as we reach the hotel however we had to wait for almost four to five hours as we weren’t allowed to check in before 3pm. When discussed with Hassan he wasn’t even aware of the check in / check out timing and gave us the wrong info. Wasn’t available throughout the trip.Overall poor service and unprofessional staff. NOT RECOMMENDED.
