Best Exhibition Centre of Pakistan, lastly I went to the Karachi International Book Fair at Expo Center and was delighted to be greeted with a vast variety of books, from different publishers to different genres. It was a really great experience to be surrounded by so many books! Couldnt help but eye each and everyone of them. Though, I was disheartened to see only a few people came. As compared to other occasions held at Expo Center, books are neglected. But the many who came, Im glad to see there were many who bought and had an equally good time.

This is a duplicate of the real Karachi Expo Centre isnt it? Its location on the maps is absolutely wrong! The real one exists near the Civic Centre..

It is a Convention and exhibition center and few of the halls have been converted last year to Corona Isolation Center for free of cost treatment of serious(oxygen dependent) Covid 19 patients

A book fair is going on in the expo center till 5th August,2019 in hall 5. I would highly recommend you to definitely go have a look. They have nice collection of books. Furthermore, they are open for 24 hours and entry is completely free. Its a nice event and would hope they are more like these in the future

Expo Center is one of the major places for local and international events. Companies showcase their products to reach the customers. Attended Zameen expo 2020. It was a great experience to see the Zameen products along with other major builders and developers presented in a very nice and attractive manner.

Good and comfortable environment. Although the place is famous for different exhibitions like ideas (local made ordinance exhibition) bridal exhibition, family fun fair and above all my favourite annual book fair. Mostly i visit there for book fair where books are available at upto 50% discounted rates. This book fair is the largest gala of the year when hundred thousands people buy thousands of books worth millions of rupees. It is exhibited in the hall no.1 to 5.

So, I have been there many times, and place is really nice and atmosphere is amazing.. ️

Karachi Expo Centre is located in the commercial Capital of Pakistan. It has a distinction of being in the back yard of CAR countries, accessible to Middle East and a gate way to other Asian Countries. Karachi being cosmopolitan, adds flavor for international marketing geopolitically. Karachi Expo Centre is equipped with modern facilities based on international standards creating a market and a world of its own. It comprises of three independent linked halls measuring 6690 Sq.m base area. Two halls contain mezzanine floor measuring 445 Sq.m each, while the third hall has a space of 1270 Sq.m on its two mezzanine floors. We had our universitys event at the EXPO in Hall 2. Really nice environment. It was fun to be there. Really enjoyed!!

Its a good place to visit the exhibitions. I visited the book fair this year. There were 3 halls reserved for the book fair. It open at 10:00 am. Several groups of different schools visited this place along with their teachers. Children were very excited because of the wide variety of books on every subject. Islamic book publishers are also have several stalls. Publishers from Lahore are also there and have a very good collection of books with good printing quality. The place have good parking facility available. Wheelchair accessibility is available. Apart from book fair the annual defense expo also held here. Auto industry exhibitions also held here.

We exhibited in Lahore expo few weeks before this so I am going to compare it to that1. The air conditioning is very bad. We had a corner stall in Karachi as well as in Lahore so the comparison can be directly made.2. Its not as clean and functional as Lahore expo (although I know Lahore expo is new to this comparison might be unfair)3. Its weirdly constructed so there is no center lobby from where you can go to any hall. You have to pass through hall 4 to go to hall 5 and then through 5 to reach 64. Air conditioning is very bad (oh did I mention that already? Goes to show how bad it it)

-Great expo center and the air conditioner is good.. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is the fact that the delicious restaurant, the closest to the exhibition I was attending kept saying they were too busy to take a food order (this is at lunchtime!!)..

Expo Center is located right in the city center. It is the hottest venue for biggest expos and fair and festivals. Recently paid visit to Big Bad Wolf Book Fair.

Its nice place for exhibition and events

It’s a large place to display but companies are not describing its items on proper way, only little quantity companies are interest. It’s my personal observation May peoples agree or disagree.

The location is great first, very reachable from every point of the city. Well arranged in a way so that visitors can make a round easily. The ground is ripped carpet but needs to be corrected.

Best place for quarantine.

The expo is good but I guess a bit old structured now. The pics are from an event called MOMENTUM.

The best place in town for great exhibitions, both of national as well as international level. From extremely wonderful book fairs to very impressive defense and security gadgets exhibitions...all were of the highest quality. Every show is crowded, attending with great enthusiasm. It is in Karachi Expo Center that you experience the real essence of Karachiites

Expo Center of Karachi holds many exhibitions and fashion shows for the city. This place is safe and located at the heart of city. Spacious corridors with large halls makes it an unique place to hold a big event here

Now a days it is being served as a Corona centre to facilitate patients of Covid Pneumonia in hdu

The only purpose built exhibitions centre in Karachi is located in the busy heart of the north east part of the city. There are five large halls on the ground floor and banqueting space on the first floor as well. Some food shops are there as well. Parking is ample. Security is good. Entrance is narrow though.

Host so many events annually, yet fails to properly maintain it...

Overall good experience with the exception of few management points such as power supply, HVAC and Compressed Air in some halls.

As far as my concern expo center is one of the most favorite place for me, i always find attraction towards this place. As a student and a teacher of physics i love to explore things regarding physics, philosophy and technology. I can find variety of exhibition there. In expo center many intellectual, entrepreneurs, doctors, scientist, economist, motivational speakers and teachers come here and share his thoughts with us.

At moment it is quarantine center and become red zone. No one can go there.

Expo Center Karachi is like a great way to increase economy of Pakistan. Every week you can see a new exhibition here, which is the best way to promote local businesses and export / import businesses as well.It was my third visit when I was there for Travel Expo to search for a travel company who can organize a tour of Thailand for 40 people, and there I found many nice companies who can arrange trips and tours for huge groups. And once I visited for Electrical Products exhibition there, and it was also nice.#Expo center have a wide area for Car parking and you can enter here from University road and stadium road both side.Every place in Expo Center Karachi is #Accessibile for Wheelchairs and for the people with different abilities. Spacious, well managed space for international events, convocations, annual exhibitions.. the only issue I always had is lack of signage and directions, its a huge space and since they have multiple events during the same day, unless you enter from the correct gate, you may get lost unless you ask someone for directions.

Its a good place but in a proper muslim country no place for prayers ( Namaz ) and wazo

This is a good place for promoting business and things. Fastival of Masala TV is great but little things want to improve.

Because when we saw a huge poster about discount rate from 50% to 90% ,we were energetic and to buy some good books.But after going through the sale,we found that the prices of books were not economical ,they have converted the dollars or Sterling pound into Pakistan rupee, that it so how one can buy books on such a high price tag.The visit was not fruitful and ended with disappointment.
