Went in early (9-930 am) for a change in booking dates and was pleasantly surprised.Haider was extremely helpful and was able to change my ticket. He also guided me on how to get a seat refund (as I had booked online) and ensured I double-checked my booking before I left.The office may need some updating, but the service was great!

The PIA ticket office is located on Din Muhammad Wafai road. The place is dimly lit with very old furniture. The place is in dire need of repairs. Ticketing office is the face of any organization. Its maintenance and upkeep should be the top priority. The counters are not working. Each representative shouts out the token number. In this day and age, such practice leaves a very bad taste in the mouth. Easily explains why PIA from its zenith has fallen to lowest ebb.

Rude staff madam Hina Raza

Recently, I was flying the Karachi Islamabad route. Though the flight was about 1/3 empty, they managed to seat three elderly persons on the two emergency exit rows. They had serious mobility and sensory impairments, not to mention that they did not speak a word of English. I took pictures for evidence but Im not posting them to protect theirprivacy. I motioned the FA and, staring hard at him, I asked Are these folks supposed to help me open the door and guide passengers in case of an emergency?. He looked at me sheepishly andasked one of them to move to an empty seat. At least one row was clear, I thought. No sooner had this person been moved that some random man seats on the seat next to mine even though it was clearly marked For Crew Use Only. I told the interloper to vacate the seat to which hereplied with a triumphant grin this is how we fly in Pakistan. Seeing my irritation, he mumbled that there was noise where he was sitting previously. I looked at him and, trying not to sound tooharsh, I said This is an aircraft, flying at 800kms/hr, what did you expect, a library? His instant reply Where are you from? I took a deep breath and replied Whats that got to do with you not observing flight regulations? He mumbled some more. That was the end of our exchange. Hesat next to me for the duration of the flight. Again, I looked at the FA. He averted his eyes as if to signal there was nothing he could do about interloper random guy. Thats PIA standards for you...

Broken furniture old office attire !

Very slow service like business at its last leg.... but once you get to the counter youll get what you want. they will take care of you well. this is the only part i like is that they will take care of you.

Because no one agree to work there every one trying to escape, there is only three person on counters to deal with +40 passengers.

Once upon a time PIA (Great People to Fly ) now some people to serve . a well known reservation office at sidco center now a days like ghoust house my visit made me sad as only 5cto 6 peoples were there to cater the customers and whole office was in dark enviroment and i have to wait there for long... my prayers are with PIA ....

Was felt with Brother Altaf at PIA ticket office. Altaf was very helpful, caring and understanding. He loaded with his seniors and was able to move my flight dates with a small cost which I didnt mind. Overall experience at PIA was great. This booking office is in very well known area of Karachi and also in red zone. All staff is cooperative and experienced.

Probably the worst Office, one can visit in Karachi. Extremely lazy and sloth like people have been hired, who will always waste your atleast 25-30 minutes even for a simple seat booking and ticket printing. In the era of 21st century, this office is still operating in its 80s. f you deeply want your blood to boil and its pressure to rise, you may visit this filth.

Cordial staff, but the ticketing process can be made quicker. The interior, on the other hand, takes one to the 70s!! Please renovate/reinvent this place. The office needs a MAJOR makeover. And please remove the old posters of PIA going to other cities (which they arent going to anymore) because it is misleading.

Very coprative staff

The place is good in itself but the staff are pathetic. They will try their level best to belittle you and not facilitate you as much as they can. The representative who is supposed to take care of the customer stays there doing nothing and all the staff is busy in their phones. The rush is very little at around 2-3 pm. So try going at that time. And rest everything on your prayers and luck.

Comparatively a better booking office. Staff here is very slow operators, but generally not too much crowdy here. One can purchase tickets here with much of ease.

The place is OK. Its going under renovation so hopefully things would improve. Service is just normal. The counters have misguiding boards at the moment. For example the counter for business class passengers was also being used for all. Hence the concept of extra privileges for business travellers was not adhered. The duty manager was overburdened but never the less he was facilitating people to his best

I went there to buy tickets but felt like i have travelled back in time, everything booked as if it was built in the 80s. There were many people waiting to buy tickets, i asked one he said we have been waiting for their turn since 1 hr with one one around to cater them. i asked the person on the desk, he said its lunch time. It can be a great place to shoot film.

No one was on information counter, manual counter tickets was being provided by guard and after half and hour I came to know that passport is must to have ticket. I tried to share concern with manager but he damn care about customers as profit/performance isnt his headache.Manager sb and staff is requested to be professional to compete the market and betterment of organization, learnt lesson from private Airlines.
