My family was so impressed with their services UNTIL we came across one of the most pathetic customer services on Jul 18th. It was my sisterss marriage that day and she was waiting for me to bring her the jewelry. There was road accident and hence a traffic jam owing to that reason i got a little late. I received a call from their reception and that ill-mannered, illiterate and totally unprofessional lady started yelling at me for being late rather than understanding my situation. I assure you this was the last time my family visited them and i would highly not recommend their Muskan branch.

Rose Beauty Parlour its old and Gold and famous Parlour in Karachi here also no parking facilities especially for Bridal before start any branded Outlets should study and Research but unfortunately nothings did before then if so thinking after 10 years what I did because Rush so after they thinking oh what I did

All service related to skin hair and beauty are provided by rose are really goodI never visited there but my wife, Facials are highly recommended

Pros: fast services, reasonable prices, decent workCons: do not let friend/relative sit with you while you have service (I dont speak fluent Urdu and hence needed my mom and even though hairstyle side of parlor was empty my moms as not allowed to sit with me to help translate, very sad), crimping of hair (very ugly, told multiple times I dont want it but was always done instead of teasing, it doesnt give smooth look), not that great with customer requests and needs.

Very good beauty saloon for ladies, they dont compromise on quality and customer services.

Decent for bridal makeup but disastrous for hair. We went as a group to for my aunts bridal appointment. I asked for a simple bun which was a simple two-step process of running the hair through a curler for some light waves and to then putting it up into a messy-looking low bun. It came out looking like a huge beehive side-bun from the 80s. I was constantly asking the stylist what she was doing having her change her techniques and showing her the picture of what I wanted. She continued to unnecessarily backcomb my hair and used a barrel roll curler to make curls for my bun. After seeing the final product and telling her that a side-bun was not what I asked for and that it looked terrible overall she called the manager who told me that a side-bun was exactly what I asked for and that it was my fault for not telling the stylist what I wanted. Just because the model in my picture is turning sideways doesnt make it a freaking side-bun! And how is it my fault if you use still use techniques from 10 years ago? The manager then proceeded to tell me that they cant open it and redo it because they have a line of customers. Again, its not my problem that you overbooked your customers. For my other aunt they did curls using a straightener but did not give her the volume that she asked for and yet again looked like a hairstyle from an older age. My mom ended up fixing up our hair at home instead. Waste of money honestly.Additionally, my aunt whose makeup, hair, and nails were being done for her valima had her hair all taken to the back and then the stylist complained that my aunt doesn’t have hair for the front to do a couple curled ringlets. Mind you, she has waist-length hair with medium-course thickness. It seemed like the stylist continued to push all the hair back out of spite of us telling her what we wanted. Even for the nails my aunt constantly was asking for a dark green nail color and due to pure laziness the stylist refused offering a lighter mint green instead of getting the appropriate nail color from the back. Why do we constantly have to argue with you to for what we want?Overall, please stop forcing your ideas onto your clients and actually listen to them for what they’re wanting. Also, update your tools. The curler being used on my hair was so old and looked to be rusted, the area that I had my hair done had no storage space, and stylists were looking and asking each other for pins. The funniest part was that when my aunt asked for wipes to take off her makeup, that she had on before coming to the parlor, they said that they don’t carry makeup wipes and to use a gross soap bar to cleanse her face. No makeup wipes at a makeup parlor, hilarious!

Its a three storey building where they provide amazing beauty and fitness related services. One of the best salons in the region. They are using best and latest technologies for facial, manicure, pedicure and hair styling. The bridal makeup and styling is also done here in very reasonable prices.

People visiting this place must know that there is a Gold card costing 500 rupees which gives almost 40% discount on everything. Moreover, get a pricelist before making any purchase. Staff here over charge individuals. My wife got treatment of extenso which for which maximum cost is 8k she was charged 10k when i told her to get adjusted they added an extra treatment in it. Therefore be very vigilant while making purchase from these parlours.

This parlour is in my favourite list for sp many reasons1) they are very professional guide you about everu thing in detail.2) use quality products3) friendly environment4)give discount to members(make a membership card worth rs 500 and get 20 percent discount on every thing every time)5)neat and clean they will give you new gown new towel and use all sterilized products.6) services they offer are superb8)you will.get refreshment.like tea, coffee and biscuits etc.9) they will not send you home unsatisfied.I can write about 100 plus good points about them but only 1 negative for me its is very crowded during eid days you will not get same good service during festivals.

Wish the makeup artists knew the difference between a decent makeover and a drastic disastrous personality switch... i had a very average experience here for valima makeup, over contoured face, extremely vivid blush and unrealistic lip colour, would not listen to requests or personal opinion, wont recommend to anyone.

I have had a terrible experience at this Parlour. I travel a lot and have had my hair cut in different asian countries. All have been good experiences. This, however, was my first experience in Pakistan. You gave me ZERO trust in Pakistani Parlours. I have long blonde hair, which is very precious to me.Yesterday I went for the first time to your beauty parlour to have my hair cut. I was surprised by your prices, very similar to the Netherlands. I was expecting great service for this money. However, unfortunately, the opposite was true. My hair was not cut straight and not to speak about my BANGS!!!!! The woman who cute my hair did not listen to me at all. She was just cutting it in her own way. My bangs looked HORRIBLE!!! Today i decided to go back so they can fix what they did wrong to me. But, they managed to make it worse. They cut a very long piece of my precious hair. Again, they were unable to listen. Apperantly.. the sentence sorry i dont understand is not in their dictionary. Instead of saying they dont understand they will do whatever they like. This is wrong. Now i am very unsatisfied. I have to get my hair fixed back home . However. They wont have something to glue my hair back on.To everyone, but especially to for foreigners I would like to advise: DONT GO HERE! They wont understand what you want and they definately wont tell you when they dont understand.

It used to be good. But now they are loosing their customers due to lower quality services.

Its good for henna but the staff keep on mentioning their breaks and I had 3 seperate people doing mine... quite embarrassing if you ask me.

My wife visited there for hair cutting service and they done the job in very short time. I only waited 25 minutes outside and job was done perfectly.
