Sort of hard to give this place a 1-star BUT it is mainly due to the 2 night stay in their Honeymoon Suite last year in February. There was no hot water, no clean towels, the (3) towels we were generously given were worn out, torn and ragged. Room service orders took forever.Now before the stay, I had a small Valima. For that, I give the place 4-stars. For the two nights, 0.They charged $217/night and could not get their guest decent towels!!I would like to see how long this review stays up. My last raging one has been deleted.

We stayed there for 3 days, a brief review is given below.Pros:︎Building is new.︎Every installed item is branded and good in quality.︎Location is quiet.︎Laundry service is great.︎Food food quality is good.︎Staff is cooperative.︎Communication/internet services are good.Cons:︎Reception gives you a dark and narrow vision.︎Reception Staff is not attractive/good looking.︎They cannot offer you options in drinks.︎The French toast is not great as it should be.︎House keeping services are extremely inefficient, they dont change towels and never refurbish theHygiene products in Bathrooms.︎Sometimes the bathroom stinks.︎Their rent car services are not good.︎The luminosity level in rooms is inadequate.The review is not to discourage or criticize the hotel services or management, I just want you people to improve on the shortcomings.

Fresh sea food by Rashid sea food on roof top. Good staff and service. Receptionist and manager not cooperative

The food was really good thats why i rated 5 star but yup the there are some mismanagement there and yup for considering it as 5 star hotel the ambiance should be improve and please make your washrooms usable for families

It was great experience staying here. Very peaceful place. Suite was quite spacious. Staff was very courteous and professional. Though eating options were limited as there was only one Resturant and Room Service. Morning View of creek from suite window was awesome. I was told there was no onsite dry-cleaning option for same day urgent requirement. Would recommend for a family visit.

Rooftop is an ideal location for a small intimate wedding celebration. Food and services are fantastic and pictures turn out fabulous!

A BIG NO to Ramada Creek Hi-Teathe most pathetic, and sorry to say, ugly experience that I had this evening at Ramada.There was so much that was messed up with the place, don’t know where to start. Food was tasteless, and presentation was zero - like literally zero. They had rock-hard fried chicken, 2 types of crispy fried fish of which the crisp was so hard that it was actually difficult to bite and chew it. The tomato sandwiches, were only slices of tomatoes between bread loafs, no butter, no lettuce, no formalities! Cheese and chicken sandwiches weren’t any good either. Quesadillas tasted more like desi paratha without oil. Muffins were dry, tasteless and felt sandy on the tongue. Samosas had hardly any stuffing inside. Onion in the chaat was stinky. Coffee was not grounded properly and tasted stale. Ice creams tasted like powdered milk.It was a total waste of money, and time. My taste buds are hating me for what I made them go through today!

The bengali fish is the best. Just the creek smell is the problem.

I stayed in excurive suit. Rooms r good. Went down in restuarant creek lounge. And i got rotten uncooked meat. It was the worst experience ever. And after i complained. They still charged me for the meal. I will try to attach the picture if i could. And the reception person raheal was behaiving very normal about it. And very arrogant.

Room floor is dirty , there is bad smells outside the hotel. bad service, I asked for tea in the room it took half an hour, laundry took 2 hours to respond, very noisy in the room you can hear the music from the wedding hall .the only good thing is the food in buffet.

Customer Service was very bad, made four international calls to speak to reservation and no one attended the call. Extremely deplorable performance.

The hotel is perfectly located in DHA on a quiet street with beautiful view of the creek and boats plying in it.The staff is professional and well trained. Loved the interior of the rooms also the size.

Good hotel located next to a creek and in a good area of the town. Rooms are large and provide for basic needs. Good view of the area. Stayed during Ramadan with limited number of guests and reduced activity. Some restaurants were closed during this period.

We booked the Amber Banquet hall to accommodate 250 guests for the wedding ceremony of our sister. The management made arrangements for 280 guests to be on safe side. Everything went fine. The ambiance, food and service all were great! I highly recommend this hotel for events like this.

This place is at a distance from busy traffic yet easily accessible via public transport. Best option for family gathering in reasonable price. Would rate 5 for hospitality. For food 4 as it requires more innovation to develop taste similar to ramada plaza.

One of the nice and romantic place in Karachi.. very calm and quite.. but bit expensive.Roof top restaurant have good bar b q restaurant with live music..and thats my weakness Will visit there again because of ipl they havent live music now a days.. so have to come again to enjoy the ambience and good food here.

Its a 4 star hotel. We had buffet breakfast over there. Its are very pocket friendly and they has good range of food. They also serve buffet at lunch and dinner.

A farce of a hotel. No Wifi, no hot water, no tv and the most dangerous bit was a broken yet dangerous bed, yet they did not even attempt or consider any form of compensation. Anytime the electric kettle was operated, the wires would give out burning smell. The iron was a cheap burnt out iron that damaged all the business shirts. As for the breakfast, well that was the most ridiculous buffet ever experienced. Oh yeah forgot to mention the most important point, that this was the the executive suite.

I have stayed in many hotels but this was Without a doubt the worst hotel of my life.The interior of the hotel room is absolutely pathetic. Its no different than truck hotels with few lights not working, Fridge not working, smell of smoked cigarettes in one of the few rooms we booked which was still there before we left. The laundry service was really bad aswell.It was no near worth paying rooms ridiculous more expensive than PC, Avari and other competitors.The only plus side was the amazing food and the waiters good efficiency.

If you do not know the name Ramada, you probably havent traveled as much or maybe you were a bit too busy elsewhere. Ramada are a group of hotels which are trained to ensure that every customer they have is treated like a king! These folks will provide you with one of the most memorable stay despite the location or city. This specific one is no different. If you arent looking to stay, perhaps give their Sunday brunch a go! You wont regret it!

I have visited this place on the eve of new year night with my group of business friends for dinner. Ambience is very beautiful. Dinner was very tasty along with music. Singer was trying to entertain people but you know bit he did his best. Its a five star facility but due to rush service was not up to the mark.
