Stayed for 5 nights. A nice hotel near to the airport. Staff is extremely friendly. Food is nice. Rooms are clean. If you like seafood Chinese restaurant inside the hotel is highly recommended.

One of the best hotel in Pakistan. This hotel is nearest to airport so you wont be late whatsoever. Very nice ambiance. Try poolside bbq. Also for weddings and other celebrations this is nice place to book.

The advantage they have is, they r near airport. Their buffet is short of variety compared with other hotels, my biggest issue is their accessories in room. There was no fruit basket, no brush/paste, no stuff for shaving. Overall their experience is good but there is huge space for improvement.

I was here as for invitation from my friend, we had a pool side bar b q which was really really delicious. On top on that the ambience and the positive vibes with open environment.Cold weather and smoking bar BQ smell makes your stomach hungry. Service was well organized and well trained person and with perfect presentation.Masha Allah had great experience.Give it a try

So first off I was super grateful i did not have to ascent any lift to get to my room. The corridors and passageways are airy you already feel at ease -there are pigeons flitting about. the staff is super friendly and helpful the rooms are great and the food is well done too. I cant really ask for more. Its near the airport and you have easy pick and drop.

The buffet menu was really bad on some days one day in the menu all there was for dessert was strawberry mousse thats it and main course was dal matar pulao and fried chicken which they refilled after what felt like ages. The rooms and location were good but the accessories in the room can be improved for example they could keep tea bags and a kettle incase someone wants to make teaThe hair dryer was not working we changed it but the new one they brought didnt work well either. The food overall was just not good so if u are going there be aware u are not gonna leave with a happy stomach .

I stayed for two nights. Complementary airport pickup service was provided.However there was no dental kit in the room. Was told they are out of stock, which they couldnt manage to arrange for two days.Tap water was almost red for two nights straight (couldnt understand if it was rust or something else).Deputy Managers behavior was not professional.

Dirty water from water faucets constantly.Several leaks and bathroom flooding in rooms on every floor. Causes all rooms to have bad odors.Food is not good either and comes late.No fresh towels or linens, they only fold and put back the same ones that you used. Bed comforter smells like sweat of past guests and is very unsanitary, has never been washed or replaced. Bed cover has multiple old stains and even food and paint stains.Due to maintenance and plumbing issues, we had our rooms changed 3 times during this last 4 days since we arrived. Terrible hotel. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this hotel, because there is so much improvement needed.

Ramada plaza is a well known hotel in karachi. Every year we plan one iftar/dinner there, this time they have increased prices and it was over crowded, we had to stand in queue to fill our platters which was hell difficult with kids. I had one of the worst experience in the history of my hotel stay at Ramada. I stayed there for a month and a half and I was extremely disappointed with the service. I had to wait over 40 minutes for check out and I called the reception three times. My room service order was never accurate and I had to call and fix it every day every time. Something was always missing. My guests were bothered at the entrance even thought everyone knew that I wasnt a quarantined customer. I was always confused as one. I had a lizard in my room. Two spiders and the lights went out for more then an hour. The last day when I was checking out and the bell boy finally arrived I was confused as quarantined and they tried to check me out at the quarantined corner. I was horrified. The reception wont pick up the calls some times and all the services were late. I always had to ask twice. The TV channels wouldnt work. And when I bought my complains to the reception and the manager they didnt care. Didnt compensate me for my troubles beside making one of my night half price. And when I told them that I was disappointed. They didnt care. One of the supervisors was even rude and told me that I should be tested when I asked them why they put the quarantined people beside me. And when he implied that I was with the corona quarantined people.I want to be compensated for my troubles! I paid alot of money! And this isnt what I paid for!

Place is good but food is not good and taste less

Mutton Karai, Fish and prawn are publicly liked items arent available moreover Gulab Jamun standards is not matching with your high standard hotel. Environment and staff is really comfortable /cooperative best for family and friends.

I didnt like that much because they are serving some food which is not fresh so i think they should not do this in hi tea...

Weird entrance and Guards not train. If you asks about the receiption whereabouts while standing it the parking. They will refuse to have knowledge about it.Less amminities in the room. The given contact number of Hotel on internet and official website was not working. No electric kettle along with the complimentary tea and coffee material were there. Only one pair of sliper was there in the room of two. Fruit basket was not there.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed with my family during my time in Karachi! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and specially Mr. Farrukh Islam the front Desk / Room Manager, our names were mentioned on the board. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant is very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.With regards to rooms /amenities / washrooms / overall ambiance / security / pool side / Garden / special attention and assistance to kids were remarkable. We all family enjoyed thoroughly and wish to have chance soon to visit and stay there.

Its located just opposite airport hotel karachi pakistan.Its view is amazing in evening and has spacious parking, swimming pool & conference/ v ent hall which can accommodate approx 400 people.I would this best option if we compare their seat view branch karachi.

A perfect life style

Surprisingly its a good place in Karachi with good room service and quality of food, though i will urge the management to have Nestle Water besides AquaFina as that will give guests a choice. Furthermore a humble request again to hotel management to include Water kettles in rooms to gave a choice to guests to make Tea / Green tea in rooms.

Visited la teressa on Halloweens. Amazing food and amazing decor. The food is always up to the mark. No heavy spices. Extra neat and clean washrooms with baby changing facility.

The stay from start to end was comfortable, cozy atmosphere and best service minded staff i have ever experienced. Highly recommend. Safety at this hotel is not comparable to any others in Karachi.The negative thing is that in this modern world where i had a lot of choices to make for my food from outside, the hotel did not allow me to bring my pizza in my room. Come on, i know hotel wants to earn money by selling food but late night when the choices are so limited, this restriction should be removed.Rather than that, I loved my stay. 20 out of 10

I like this hotel. Mostly because it is in a peaceful area and very near to airport. Food is good, accommodation OK and all staff is generally very helpful.

The place quiet very peaceful and good to spend time and read. Food is nice but they are not good at brewing coffee! They need specialist for that. Place is good for foreigners to stay and enjoy!Staff is kind.The only thing i didnt like was coffee rest all fine. Opera sitting area is nice they should expand and install a big screen tv not the normal soze tv they have at the corner.

Staff seems to be in a rush and not customer conscious as previously used to be.

I have gone for short stay in order to take some rest while awaiting my next flight fro. Karachi. Also told hotel staff i need 4-5 hours rest thats why im staying. But surprisingly once i started taking rest. I heard hammer noise ,drill machine sound. I couldnt take rest. Every hour i was calling them , but sound keep on coming until my next flight time reached. It was utterly pathetic management. Simply dont care about guest rest.Never think abt Ramada if want to go for some rest during long lay over at Karachi. Their staff simply dont care
