Good pizza but need good staff for food serving and counting bill.

I have tried many of their pizzas & pastas, all are dry, their creamy pasta has no sauce at all, & when you complain, their staff laugh at you awkwordly, pizzas are also taste like eating card board. Its so over rated resturent. If you want good pizza, try from pizza point or broadway. For good pasta, try Central Perk Pakistan. So dissapointed at pizza max.

I have ordered pizza max 3 times in the past month through food panda and every time the duff was ill prepared and under cooked. All other ingredients were also under cooked and they were just too stingy in applying ingredients .I would also rate them lower due to poor service.

Must order white pasta and their tikka flavour pizza in your life.You will be amazed by its taste and aroma

Good pizza

Was an awful experience. They gave me the wrong pizza first then they did not give me another pizza (the right one). Service was the worst I’ve seen in my life and they also showed A LOT of attitude when I asked about a new pizza for the kids. Would not recommend to anyone. Was a waste of my time and money. Not even worth one star.

Today when i order pizza the rate is too high. The rate list of pizza is different. The coupon off pizza max buy 1 get 1 free is fraud. And delivery is too late. The pizza test is not good and its come old smale. Next time i request no one go in pizza max again.

The pizza is really to crave for, the environment was good, the service can be made even better. The only problem is that they only serve limited flavours in all you can eat deals, instead the entire range of flavours must be available in order to enjoy the experience completely. Other than that I really had a good time there. Looking forward to visit it again soon.

Pizza maxx is one of the cheap and good pizza brand in karachi. It has good deals and variety of flavours are available in good rates

Best pizza place .We went there instead of do darya cause the things there were pretty expensive like an ice cream was like for 250.So you should go and try.

Service is good, taste is better than average

The worst experience ever. Cold pizzas and garlic bread, short order (no garlic mashroom), took forever to get my order. I called to complaint and I was assured by the customer services that I will get a phone call from the local manager to resolve the issue but 20 minutes sitting on dinning table and no call from anyone yet. Very frustrated and annoyed. I will never ever go back to pizza max shah Faisal branch and telling others to avoid if they expect a reasonable service and hot food. I wouldn’t even give them any star but no other option hence 1 star.

Completely pathetic and unprofessional. Upon ordering at 12 am, I received my order at 3. I had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Pizza Max. Upon taking my order, the contact representative gave me an expected delivery time of 45 min. After waiting for an hour I called back just to be lied to that my order has been dispatched and will arrive in 5 minutes. This happened repetitively until I gave up and went out to get food myself. The delivery arrived after 3 hours and the rider insisted that I pay for it or else itd be his expense.Needless to say, this is the last time Im ordering from Pizza Max.

No condiments at all, they said as a matter of policy only ketchup is served, no chili or garlic powder, nothing else at all. Was quite put off.
