This bank does not even deserve a single star. Right from the officers at the bottom to the directors at top, all of them are absolutely useless and incompetent. Totally oblivious to how a modern bank should work. Customer service is appalling, they have no clue what are they talking about. Firstly they would misspell your name or address or put the wrong phone no on your account. And when you want them to rectify, itll take them not hours, or days, rather months to update your details. And the attitude is as if they are doing you a favour. What really surprises me, how this scam of a bank is even working in this day and age. AVOID at all costs!

I had a ubl wiz card where I deposited 20k then suddenly they blocked my card and told me that the wiz card service is no longer available and they will return my money through pay order but I didn’t receive any pay order yet, it’s been more than a month. The helpline is useless af, I want my money back

Very nice and elegant building

Really bad customer service. I called to get a branch name which is open on a Saturday. They asked me what I wanted to do and I explained in detail. They said that they understood and gave me the name of the branch that is open. I went there and it was closed. I called them again and explained this time they vowed to make sure I get the right information and gave me exact address of another branch. It was also closed. I didn’t get my business done and it was a terrible and frustrating experience dealing with them. I hope to not have to deal with them in the future.

I have very bad experience with the UBL bank I have sent mony from Qatar to my wifes account on line system but 8th day passes but not yet recieved and bank staff asking we have no idia about mony transfer status

I have been trying to sort my account out since 2018. I am thobbed to one person then another, again this morning I have tryed doing one answers and puts phone down. I have continually been ringing since 6am UK time phone rings no one is deliberately answering. This is not once has been ongoing for since 2018 I have tryed calling karachi number says incorrect number where and who do you turn to. I am so annoyed with this as you have limited time and when ever you try to call them they cannot help even by answering, I have tryed so many numbers at least answer or or update numbers which are not in use. Why does it have to be so difficult to contact you.

United bank limited headquartere

UBL’s new head office on I. I. Chundrigar road is located in Karachis main financial district and rises 300 feet in the sky. According to UBL, it is quite possibly one of the most modern office building complexes in Karachi.

Most pathetic service when it comes o online banking service mostly unavailable websssite mostly down and when you call nobody picks up. They earn from phone calls too. Chor ke bachay Mulk in choron ka he hai bas.

The UBL Tower is located on I.I.Chundrigar Road which is considered as the Wall Street of Pakistan. The building is a structural wonder, constructed within a span of 2 years. The tower shines bright at night with shimmering blue lights all across.

Third Class Service, i called from out of Country, but these CSR are still using the same unauthentic ways of dealing and make me hold for more than 20 mins, just i only ask him to let me speak with the floor in charge/supervisor as he was unable to answer my query properly.

The basement parking for large SUVs is really bad as there is not enough space to manoeuvre your vehicle effectively. Then there is no setup to receive guests from the parking as the doors leading to the elevators are all locked and need access cards.

Worst customer service experience, need my current credit card statement for order security purpose but it has been one week still its in process and my order has been cancelled and i tried calling several times, very disappointed with the service.

UBL officially have so many positive things Also omni make easy the banking life but few agents they cannot provide the satisfied service to customers. UBL should have appoint merit basis staff not parchi system and provide good and complete training to his staff until staff should have ability to resolve the matter(s). Worst customer service, called many times from overseas to reset my online banking password, but no luck, and Its been more than a year now. Cant fix it until I make a visit to Pakistan. Useless online banking experience.

I am ubl customer since 13 years. But unfortunately my experience is very bad wit ubl. Its services towords problem solving is toomuch poor. First i haf isues with creidit card payments. Now i have one more isue with ATm transaction. In which atm machine dint isue any money worth of 25000. Sept. 12. 2016.Till today its not solved
