Waiter service was too poor. Nobody was listening and guests were waiting at their seats for dinner to be served although there was good number of waiters.

Venue is good and decent arrangement however can’t say the same for one man show (manager). You ask for something and they deliver you something else. It wasn’t a hassle free experience for me.One should be clear and detailed in all aspects of costs and regulations associated with the booking. Not just (lights will be turned off at midnight). Sorry, would not recommend

The Hall location is under the bridge , interior is good but the Management team is very rude and one of the worst people i have met. They don’t know how to talk with the client and in on going event they ruined your event before the time. Overall experience is worst

One of the finest place in karachi for having your celebrations. Ambiance and food quality is just marvelous. Ample parking is available. valet parking facilities are also available. Maintenance of the club is performed on regular basis to give it a right look.

Its a large and spacious event hall. Decorations were amazing and the lighting was great. The only problem is that it is located in a very tight service lane which leads to traffic jams.

Worst Management, highly unethical & rude manager. False billings. They first capture the client and later charge them heavily on the pretext of service charges, pantry charges, etc. So called Manager starts threatening the hosts that if youll not pay extra, we will stop food. Watch out. What they promise they dont deliver.

Pathetic service. Miscommunication and they told us lie regarding catering services and charged extra amount.
