Been frequenting since a baby. Major upgrades recently with regards to food, entertainment and service.Jacuzzi, Sauna, 3 pools, tennis, squash and badminton courts, a cricket ground with lots of other amenities.Best time to go is in the morning. Calm as it can be.

Overall the food was good. The waiters were not as active as they should have been. They took some time to get the Nans, hence we all had to wait. Would have rated 4 Plus if the service had been better.

Been a member of the club since a very young age. Their facilities like the gym, walking/jogging track, library and pool is my favourite. The food is decent also, especially continental dishes like sandwiches, burgers and cheese toast. A very old and good club for families.

Its a private family entertainment club.

Met for an official meet up at the Palm Court which was a depressingly dingy place done up sparingly. Hot tea i ordered could have passed for iced tea. Patteze were good though. the newly added ugly monstrosity for accommodation is an eye sore and messes up the look of the beautiful British era main building.

I was invited over a corporate dinner, and this place is for members only. So anyone wish to visit this place must have a member in contact. Anyways. I ordered grilled fish and liked it. The service was very impressive by the staff. And the club had very over whelming ambience to it. Loved to visit this place. Would like to go again

The best social club in Karachi which boasts a variety of activities like Squash, Tennis, Badminton, Table Tennis, swimming, Weight training, yoga, jogging track, cricket field, snooker, billiards, card room, majong room, casual dining, fine dining , snack bar, physiotherapy, Jacuzzi, suanna, library and much more. Karachi Gymkhana hosts a number of entertainment events for its members from time to time. The greatest strength of this club are its members, mostly from the business community thus making it one of the best place for networking.

Loved it nice and cool place

Such a prestigious and land mark building but is not being mantened.The Victorian style doors have been drilled for new locking bolts leaving ugly marks and discolored fillings of the removed ones.The wood work is elegant but is begging for a fresh coat of paint or varnish.I can comment on the state of the hall number one which is on the first floor.I was the audience to a musical evening there, if only organizers could adjust the audio system so as to make the vocalist audible,it would bring about a very enjoyable experience.

Excellent guest rooms. Since I am a Lahore gymkhana member, I find it convenient to stay at Karachi Gymkhana whenever I visit Karachi for a training session.I havent yet been able to visit the club facilities apart from the guest rooms. The dining hall adjacent to the rooms leaves much to be desired but the food quality is simply amazing. I loved the chicken nihari, the brain masala, the pizza was to die for. Amazing food and great room service.

For the per night price of the room, the ordinary decor and ambiance of rooms and dine in area, as well very average breakfast is a bit of disappointment. Location is very central and thats a big plus. For business travelers, electric sockets are state of the art but no working desks in rooms. Other onsite facilities are great for family visits.

We are not members. But stayed in the rooms courtesy of a friend. The rooms were recently refurbished and were nice and spacious. Towels were old. Breakfast was in a cramped room where some inconsiderate guests were talking on the mobile loudly

To be in KGC is always wonderful. It has improved a lot and after renovation it has become excellent place to spend some good time.

The place has really gotten an up lift from years ago! It is one of the best clubs for social elites in the city! And some great facilities to start with ! One of the few places that have a decently maintained pool !

Only been here for cricket matches. Well maintained ground and pavilion. Great facilities of changing room, shower, sheltered dugouts for players. Though ground has drainage and water lines with steel plated covers within the playing area which can injured players if youre not regular here. Also no parking for motorcycles allowed inside the gymkhana for players. Only members parking allowed.

Food is very good and also the sports activities are very entertaining. Many perks for a member. Would recommend to go for a dinner.

Oldest club, in Karachi, place where elite of the elites meet and mingle, built in 1886 is home to choosen few of the society. Occasionally come over fo social seating, always enjoy every moment and every activity here. My recommendation 5 Star, please like if you find it worthy.
