Metro is the best facility to shop the all needed genuine, variety, discounted, fresh items under single umbrella.

It is a good place for shopping. Prices are low. Parking is very big and space is always available. From inside it is spacious, we can move around easily space between the iles is good so movement is easy, Staff is courteous and helpful.

I have been regular at Metro safari park for many years now. I prefer it over Imtiaz due to parking, open space and less crowd, although I am certain Imtiaz is cheaper in comparison.To me, peace of mind is very important and due to the reason I always go for grocery shopping to Metro Safari park. The best days to purchase grocery are between 15 to 25 of a month, you will find less people and noise for quality time and environment.You can also enjoy pizza slices, pizza pie and similar items at metro cafe at the corner of aisles, if needed.

Metro Near Safari Parks is good by car parking, its spacious, they people care about cleanliness but when I visited yesterday dated Dec08,2020, their HVAC system was not working and also they dont have much variety of same product e.h I needed BF3 , they did not had both tin packing and economic packing, for diapers also I couldnt find Molfix pants of required size.This place is good as per international standard, but HVAC System is patahtic, and they should increase variety.

SOPs are being followed, the wont let you enter without a mask, they check your temperature before entering and have bottles of sanitizers everywhere. Almost everything is available, from stationary items to appliances. Metro has its own cafe. They sell fresh food like pizza, burgers, tea and even cakes, quality and quantity matters to them. They have ATMs on the entrance and exit. Theres access to wheelchairs as well. They have a meat, fish and bakery section. There are many cash counters and they also have express counters if you have less than ten items. They also offer promotions and discounts. You can also shop online and they will deliver at your home. Fresh fruits and vegetables are available. Dry fruits are available and fresh fruit juices are being made right at the moment. Treadmills and many more exercise machines are available too. There are so may things that you can do and shop at Metro and it is one of the best stores in Karachi#

Their security in the premises is a joke. You call them for help in a dispute and they will end up threatening you. They should clearly mention that once you step out the store and regardless of whether you are still in the premises, customer security is not their responsibility. Absolute disaster, never ever going again or shipping from any of their branches unless they make a sincere apology and take appropriate action against the concerned. NEVER GI THERE. Customer service is also a joke.If you are really sincere in addressing the situation than I am willing to come over to identify the culprits.

A good place to shop under one roof you can have everything also no parking issue

I have a suggestion for metro store, dont adopt new strategies just copy IMTIAZ STORE STRATEGY. believe me if this ideal space (adj to safari park) is with imtiaz store, u dont even get the space for parking ur car, but currently the parking space is a waste, coz its under utilized. What my family like most about imtiaz store is that, they never ran out of stock, they got all the varieties and sizes of any product, they cover wide range of brands for a product. Thats why i prefer to goto Imtiaz even away from my house compare to metro. I hope one day metro will be like imtiaz and I dont have to go to far for the monthly shopping. I usually come to metro to buy meat or for small shopping.

Metros location is prime. Parking area is also at top in terms of comfort. I prefer Metro on Electronics item sale.

I regularly shop for vegetables and fruits over the weekend because usually they have good offers and also quality stuff. Recently I tried 13 Pizza from Fine Life bakery and it was splendid, highly recommend it. Above that, their customer service is fantastic, always looking to improve.

Excellent giant store. All groceries are available at reasonable price. Secondly, price of TV are good too. They also install the same for free.They have loads of TV and including major brands like tcl, Sony, Samsung, haier, pel, changhong ruba.Lastly, do avail a member ship card if you go regularly.

Make Sure you check your bill after it has been paid, they charge twice by mistake when there is a long queue.

Metro (near Safari Park, Karachi) is spacious with huge parking. However, this store sells low quality fruits and vegetables. Its waste of time to go to this store if you want to buy all house hold items under one roof. Why? because theres always few important items missing in the store and most of the time youve to buy fruits/vegetables from outside the store. Never go there in the morning, you wont find anything frozen. These items mostly come afternoon. Ive stopped going there although I live near it.

Every time we are facing bar code problum

The Environment was soo good but the reason which i quit to go is the pricing of each and everything is high as compares to other Supermarkets. I don’t know the reason but the gst is high in Electronic Appliance and All items of Groceries...

Most of things were out of stock, even cooking oil. Bakery items were soggy. Sugar price was 115/kg, 15 rupees higher than market.

Its a good place for a Home and other Shopping but Electronics and stationary items in the all Metro Stores rates is above from out side of karachi markets (Sadar).

My experience was excellent and i have been visiting metro for a long time. Its clean and provides quality products. Its pretty spacious so u dont fell conjusted here except for the counter. The ladies there are way too slow. Except for meats and vegetables there is sales tax on every good. Some goods are not available or either they are expensive as compared to other stores. Even if they give u discount dont be a fool to buy that because in the end they will include you a hidden sales tax which makes the price of that particular good same. It also accepts cars plus cash $. biggest advantage is that you can get a large parking place to park your car and even carry goods from the trolley to your car

Pretty spacious outlet. You can get almost anything here. Emphasis on ALMOST... Youll all of your everyday items but you wont get a bunch of other stuff like iron stands, not much to choose from in mattresses, no computer chairs. But you will find a wide array of consumer electronics. Especially home appliances and white goods. You can get a pretty good deal on air-conditioners. They also have smart phones and tablets. Clothes and shoes are also available. The food section is pretty awesome. Other good things are ample parking space and location. The only bad thing about metro is its staff. A great clean store near Safari Park. it offers discount on various items. if you are going to this place, plan the items you need to buy. The store keeps almost all the items required in a home. Try sugar cane juice freshly prepared within the store. It is very clean and refreshing. This juice would take me to this market later as well. Parking is huge and there is ample aera available for the kids to play outside the market.

The place is the probably the largest grocery store in Karachi with ample parking space for everyone including elderly and disabled. I have been visiting Metro For years now.They have a huge range of products. I usually visit them weekly for fruit, veggies & meat.They have good rates compared to the open market. But I would like to point out that they sometimes hide fresh vegetables inside and try to sell old vegetables to the public. Simply saying these are fresh , which arent fresh at all. I have seen some vendors getting fresh vegetables from inside the storage.If you want to have fresh vegetables try to visit them after 11am and fruits comes usually after 12pm.Metro Cash & Carry Best Thing it has a Huge Parking For Free!!

Good place for home shopping. Specially if you want to buy. Safe temperature control meat vegetable and bakery stuffs. Not recommend other companies brands. Metro own brands are also good.

Its a decent and easy access super market with very good parking space. You can find almost everything here. The only thing that would be annoying is the long queue on the check out counter as only few counters are usually open. Even you would see people carrying 10+ articles standing and checking out from the express check out counter.

Very spacious and comfortable environment. Everything is available under the single roof. One disadvantage is that you have to pack your bags and drive trolly away up to your car yourself. Moreover it, all the trolleys are big, heavy and damaged. Its tough hard to drag them specially for elderly people.

I love the place due to huge parking space as well as variety of things in the store. Prices are good and reasonable. Fresh meat,sea food and dairy products available and small cafe in the shop is good for eating small snacks. Metro is international chain which is maintaining standards as well.

They claim to offer goods at wholesale rates. But sometimes their rates are higher than wholesale, especially electronic items. It a one place item, offering all household items except medicines.

Metro store is ok but prices are higer then other place. Stock is always low and most items are missing with few varieties. Beware of the tire shop at metro. They are ripping off and have old stock. Very good at selling but will never entertain your warranty claims.

Yess. I am a regular customer of metro safari. From there I can buy groceries meat chicken fish electronics items etc in good price. Their store manager Mr. Sami is a very thorough gentleman always help customers. But some of their staff are stupid.

I simply love Metro Cash & Carry as it is a grocers heaven, youll never feel this place to be crowded as it is a hypermarket with massive space. Moreover they have HORECA (HOTEL RESTAURANT & CAFE) style service with a very good, cheap and hygenic cafe that serves really good chicken shawarma. Parking space is gigantic and I have never seen it full ever in my entire life till now. Staff is trained and courteous and best place if you want to buy electronics since they usually have sales every quarter.

University road Metro Cash & Carry is better than other branches as it is spacious and environment is conducive. Prices are alright as compared to other places like hyperstar but not comparitive to Imtiaz or Chase up. Previously variety was more but not variety is getting shrink as those things are preferred which are in general use. I was interested in a scanner and found related section empty even 1 or 2 printers were available only :(I hope management also consider placing items of less concern. But all grocery items for home are available.
