Made a booking for the wedding hall, event was canceled by marina club. Marina club has not refunded my 1.8 lakh deposit until now. 8 months have passed. Have made many phone calls only to be met with excuses. DHA Marina club will not return your deposit even if they are the ones canceling your event. DHA Marina Club has not been honest to me. Do not give them a substantial amount as a deposit because they CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

Amazing experience at Marina Boat Club. You can hire a boat. They have boats of different capacity. They also offer good food on the boat. They have a rich menu. You can also hire a small boat for live BBQ. You can also get speed boat ride during the trip. It has an amazing experience. Overall a 5 star experience. Great value for money.

I attended a wedding at the Marina Club. It is located at Defence Karachi and is one of the lavish clubs of the city. Very expensive where many elite class requests events for themselves. The marriage lawns are located right beside the club gate which is also known as the area 51 banquet and is also one of the most expensive banquets of the city. Parking is available near the premises and since there is a usual gathering of many people the parking is also done on roads outside. However there is also valet services in the banquet where a team of valet manage the parking. The entrance is very attractive and the banquet hall is also reasonable with a capacity of approx 400 to 500 guests. There is also a corridor where one can add some sweet dishes besides the main course which is usually served inside the banquet. The waiters and the valet staff seems to be active and we get good service.The environment is clean and attractive and attracts a trendy crowd. The club requires membership as parking and usage of the club is only allowed for members. Non members may use the facilities as guests with high charges however they can also enter as guests but park their cars outside the premises.

Marina boat club is really a amazing place.. here we attend the prize distribution ceremony of ideal electric..And enjoyed alot.. because the boat was really awesome and food was also very yummy... :)

It is unique club in Pakistan that offers cruise facility on executive boats at sea. They serve food as well. If you want to sit in the boat theres capacity of 50 persons seating. If you want to sit on deck and enjoy fresh air and open scene, you may go for that. Its very cheap and not heavy on your pocket. Food is very tasty. Service is very good. Very courteous people/staff. Sea cruise is never more interesting than at Marina Club Karachi.

It was a great experience at Marina club. We had a corporate meeting on the Cruise organised by #CPECB ;a great meet up of all the Business community. The view of Sunset was mind blowing inviting us to connect with Nature. The View of seagulls were amazing creating a beautiful experience for all.us .The food was good but can be improved a bit. Overall it was a beautiful experience..

Excellent place with a unique feeling of adventure. Though activities are mostly confined to private cruise ship and excellent place for dinner near the sea. But still it offers good opportunity to locals to enjoy their passion for boating.Adding adventure sports to include para sailing, banana boating etc can add further value to it.A nice and private community enjoy discrete atmosphere in the busy city of Karachi.A must visit place, if some sea cleaning endeavor is planned, then more crowd is expected to enjoy. Including tourist and foreigners...

The food was excellent but as soon you go deeper into the water, it gets smelly as hell.

A worth visiting place with superb food

Looks nice, but the smell of raw sewage in the marina is unbearable. I felt like vomiting. I dont know how the staff tolerate it let alone visitors.

Food was good keeping in view the usual expectation from club. However the attitude of servers was just pathetic and beyond imagination.

Marina Club is probably one of the best places to go to relax. away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it is calm and the view from the deck is great specially early mornings and late evenings.The food and service is probably better than most other clubs!

They have a pretty decent service on their boats, albeit some metal/wood patchwork exists on older ferries. During the cruise I didnt appreciate the fact that they dumped trash and food leftovers overboard, despite asking them not to. No wonder the sea smells around the creeks.

Marina club is an excellent facility of you own a yatch. Located on the creek, its a 5 minute cruise into the Indian ocean. A hotbed for the rich and famous of Karachi, its a perfect complement to the phase 8 development plan. Nearby is a 18 hole golf club and high class residences for the affluent of the city

We arranged a dinner on the boat, everything was average, nothing was up to the mark, AC was not working, they said food was buffet but was of limited quantity and not very tasty. Otherwise, Cruise was clean and place was beautiful. There was fine smell of severage kind from water which wasnt their fault. Conclusively, place was awesome with peaceful surrounding but was much costly with limited service.

All well except for water and smell. They should clean the edges of the barges guttery look is disgusting.
