Very crowded place especially on Saturdays as they work on alternate Saturdays so COVID SOPs are not followed. You cant take your mobile phone or any electronic gadget with you due to their policies. Ambiance is good but staff is not friendly at all

Good future living place.Currently it has monopoly of state agent and they are running the show (may be along with owners)Linked with M9 highway but you have to pay toll each time you entered. But at the same time you have to pay Taxes equivalent to Karachi city.Govt. (Federal and provincial) involvement is needed here to have one scenario.

Neat and clean town. Good work done by management. But one suggestion: the buying procedure is not clear at all, I suggest if they write it on a notice board so purchase will not get lost.

They are big cheaters. Please dont trust them I have submitted for refund in Feb 2020 they are still giving me fake dates. I am not only one but lot of peoples also stuck same like me.

I have been there many times, and I always admire the development so far and how well it is maintained. After the Corona Pandemic, things are getting better now, and so is the business in Bahria Town. Head office is fully functional with all SOPs.Mobile phones and children are not allowed in the head office, so if anyone is planning an official visit should not be accompanied by children.

Really very wonderful place to visit.. design of head office is state of art.. i really appreciate whole bahria town team for their tremendous efforts.

They have made all the systems and modern facility. but people swarm the counters like bees. Covid protocols were being abused although they were not allowing entry without mask and taking temperature. its the people, they need to be enforced .

Excellent location and environment but still need more efficient staff for hassle free services. I spent more than 4 hrs including lunch and prayer break, just to submit possession form.Anyway its a good experience. Masjid within head office is good but need few benches outside for the people to wear shoes after performing Namaz.

As Bahria effectiy the experience is very bad. I have surrender my file in November 2019 and still awaiting check despite of contineous monthly visits.

Good customer service as I called ti enquire something and the representative responded quite professionally.

The residential houses lack quality. Roof leaks, cabinet doors fall off , toilet drains are choked, all attachments are so low quality that they donot last even a year and have to be replaced. Electricity charges are almost double than Karachi.

Do wear mask and gloves otherwise they wont allow you to enter inside head office.And keep your cellphones in car or deposit it to one of their representative in car parking. For senior citizen they have also electric card which they can use to go to the entrance of head office.
