Hygiene & Customer Service?The staff was not helpful. Considering I was there for the first time, they were not willing to answer questions and behaved arrogantly. They refused to give me salad since I was a takeaway customer. I wanted to pay extra for salad but they refused. The biryani was very spicy. Worst of all, the chicken was not cleaned properly and had some waste organs still intact. Not a very good experience.
