This hospital is one of the most prolific hospitals i have been to in my entire life.The management, the staff, the nursing staff, evrery one from bottom to top is dedicated and loves to do their job.There are few areas of public concern though,There is no parking place for tge visitors and the attendants of patients.The road outside main gate is worn out, damaged, still is busy like any other road. Road space is also not enough to maintain traffic flow.Alloting appointment nos to patients also needs be reviewed. There is a long que in the morning when people gather to receive appointment nos. Hence, it takes a lot time in the process.

Sindh institute of urology transplantation is great and largest hospital in Pakistan.. this institute have a lot of great works and experienced and all the staff is hardworking and experienced in all over kidney disorders etc free of cost ...may Allah Pak always blessings a lot on this institute..

Worst hospital I have ever seen . Lack of management .No co ordination among doctors . Patients are suffering badly .Even staff boy are not performing there job. Wrong reports and wrong treatment are given. I have witnessed all this personally .They drag patients to death.

My father had worst experience in the kidney Ward and they had no customer service and any treatment at all very dirty hospital and my father nearlly died they discharged him for no reason in critical condition and we provided 4 bottles of blood and they only used one and never told us!!!!!!Absolutely disappointed and disasteres they just made my dad in really worse condition and he is on bed forever.will never use this place anymore Disgusting and filthy hospital so please AVOID AND SAVE YOUR LOVED ONES.I WISH I NEVER WENT TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!AVOID!!!!!!!!

Very rude doctors and junior staff , my child was admitted in emergency ward , worst care by doctors , doctors and staff consider their duty to insult you daily. parents bear this insult for their child , but after 1 week they discharged my child with fever and dehydration, bed soars and fungal infection. one of the most terrible experience of my life.

Dont have words to express my gratitude for Dr. Adeeb Rizvi and team, they are angels.State of the art facility, where you can can get world class treatment and that too with total dignity & honor.24/7 urology emergency in old building (civil hospital building). Every treatment is 100% free of charge whatever its cost is.For OPD, two days. Saturday for new patients, Monday for old patients. ( no hard n fast rule but better to follow this especially old patients). Reach early in the morning, 6 am ideally, to get your token so that you can get free earlier. If you are late, dont mind spending your entire day.

Our experience was not less than worst. Staff used to treat patients and there relatives as they are begging something from them. Even if some beloved comes for donating blood, staff treat them miserably and perturb them.Our patient is still admitted there and SIUT giving them dates on daily basis for operation and ask patients for fasting but since 3 weeks they are practicing daily delay are all arrangements set.

SIUT was founded by Dr. Adibul Hasan Rizviand it is Pakistans largest kidney disease center, as well as Pakistans largest public sector health organisation. It began as a department of urology at the government-run Civil Hospital in 1970 and became autonomous in 1991. 10-12 transplants are performed weekly, and in 2003 doctors at SIUT performed Pakistans first liver transplant. In 2004, a child care unit was opened.All services provided by SIUT, including dialysis and transplantation, are provided free of cost.
