I have 3 Toyota cars and go there all the time, still they dont give any incentives or special treatment or better rates, their packages are all gimmicks, and take whole day for 2 hour job, for all mechanical work their technicians say they will open entire system and then tell us the quote, and if we dont like the price, we still have to pay several thousands for opening the unit, thats ridiculous, thinking of using alternate options now

Very poor experience on my First visit for oil change. Got appointment from Kamran and handed over the Car to Adil in time on day of appointment. To my surprise, after waiting for 2 hours when I asked status of maintenance work near delivery time, no one had even started the work. Left without maintenance as I had no time to waste further. Staff must have given my appointment time to others in bribery.
