These new NADRA mega centers that opens 24 hours is an extremely good option by Interior ministry of Pakistan but at the same time all others small centers are now shut down which is very bad as there are only two mega centers in a big city like Karachi. There are at least or should be 4-6 mega centers in Karachi to meet the requirements. As far as the level of service is concerned its good and they are somehow managing the influx is people rather huge number of people. Best time to go is after 1 am and before 5 am because at that time its usually empty and youll get your number sooner. You can get your FRC the sane day from here, thats good. So for all your NADRA needs go to NADRA MEGA CENTER. Best of luck.

Very good one window operations initiative but there is always too long ques. If you want to avoid long queue then go early in morning or in the evening after 8 pm.

Yes its 24/7, I visit there at 11pm after dinner and it took hardly 20 to 30 min to complete all the process.Staff are very cooperative. Service is good.

Mega center DHA. Amazing, cooperative and well educated staff. Center provides 24/7 services. The concept of old Nadra is being changed. Perceptions of people are changing as theyre received well, guided well and served well.

Super dooper facility is first time in Pakistan 24/7 service and in 30 minutes all process complete.

No arrangements for senior and disable persons out side Nadra office they have to wait long time. Working inside is also difficult for any amendments in NIC.

You will be amazed how fast service they are providing It took only 25 minutes to apply for smart card from entrance to exit....

Timings during lockdown is 8am to 8pm including Sunday.You need to reach till 8am or slight early to avoid long que.I visited Monday around 8:15am and free within 65 minutes.Good services.

They deliver fast and smooth service. May take just 5 minutes of a visiters time at a counter if required documents are complete. (Requirements for NADRA services are mentioned in a PDF document on NADRA website which visiters should check prior to visit.)Data entry, documents check, photo taking, biometric scanning, form printing, attestation and fee payment, all of it happens on every counter.People in queue outside the gate are not made to stand longer.

Good facility.. But due to Covid19 its not open 24 hours.. Timings are 0800hrs to 1900hrs..

I went to renew my NIC and was met with a large crowd outside the NADRA mega centre DHA karachi building. I had to get in line to go inside the building. There was no social distancing going on in the queue and the officers on duty were not enforcing strict precautions. Many people were showing up without masks and the person behind me kept coming into contact with me despite repeated requests for him to keep his distance. All in all it was a terrible experience.

Excellent service. Professional & courteous attitude. However there is a lot of rush all day so its a good idea to visit really early morning on Sunday (preferably 7 am or before) & you will be done within 30 min. Otherwise rush starts increasing by 8 am.

DHA mega center is one of the busy one and good one by have the good facility on the best location and space. They only issue with the parking facility as most of the people park theirs cars and bikes on service road which impact on others. Service is good, staff is nice means no delay from their end.Some time you have to wait outside the facility in lines even in late night times, which i observe on Sunday morning less people outside the facility so best time to visit is Sunday :) Facility works 24/7 but during Ramadan they have some breaks which only display on notes board.

Better service very suitable for those whose time is very important for time saving abd quick service you should go there.

Despite being a Govt Department, its attitude is Different. Swiftly Handling 40 people inside and another 50 queuing outside, they did there job earnestly. Well Done NADRA

In and out all under 12 minutes. Went in at quarter to 9am hoping to avoid the crowds. Neat, clean, organized and quick. Grateful for such a nadra office.

National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) was established as National Database Organization (NDO)NADRA MEGA CENTER . Is the one window solution for NIC passport, B form and many family documents.If you are visiting first time then you better take all documents with photocopy and a family blood related person is must with you for verification process. Waiting time is too long but its a 24 hr service then better you come for NIC at late night . Then there is no rush at late night.

Excellent service and courteous staff.Went there with my family to get B form issued for my child. No hassles or long waits. This should be the model for all government offices.I am impressed by your service is much better than you could find in European countries.

The system from tokin to data entry processing was appreciating, but finally submission of data forms after checking waz not too good only two counters 30 & 31 felt not enough to handle all those people were seen at long waiting. Over all good & cooperated atmosphere found.

Open 24 hrs, very good initiative. Visit late night and avoid all the rush. Ample space, normal simple cnic does all the work but has longer wait time.What is so special about chip based and urgent service; people just throwing away money (dont make cnic a success story). Visit 1st floor and witness how are we ..... For urgent n chip based A prayer area, refreshment area inside is nice to have.P.S: I get it that nothing fancy to cheer makes Nothing cheerful

EXCELLENT services. I had to renew my CNIC so bwent on Sunday morning thinking most of Karachiites wont wake up early on a Sunday and it was a good decision. I entered the center, got booking ticket and immediately went on to the relevant counter. Went to 3 counters and was free within 15 minutes.Thank you Interior Ministry. Its a role model for abt Govt Facilitation center.

Excellent Service - my first best experience in a govt. run office. No red-tape, no un-necessary delay, staff much better than other govt. offices.

Nice and tidy place. Best and fast service. Open 24 hours. Well mannered staff i got good experience. People were in abundance. Quite busy environment. Bring water to drink. Reach before 8 a.m for early turn and you will be served within 1 to 2 hour. Otherwise, expect your turn in 3 hours or so, depending upon available number of people. Better be early to save your precious time.

Nice infrastructure. Air conditioned hall. Well maintained building. Adequate security. Smooth flow of requests and a fairly audible speaker system to announce the numbers being currently served. My only issue with the place is that not many seats are available for the huge population constantly flooding in through the gates.

NADRA Mega centre is on of the most convenient Nadra centre in karachi.. Neat and Clean Environment Helpful staff and better parking Facilities.

Improved and facilitated process many counters inside , people are called on counters according to their token numbers, chairs for people are short not according to huge crowd as it should be, as this place shows in its name Mega Center when people go to counter when they are called on your number ( by Computer female voice ) then process is very quick which takes not more than 10 minutes.. But no information counter outside and for inside we need to make a line,,, No sitting area outside for old people,

This center is providing providing 24 hours services to masses for swift services on daily basis. You can get form B of your kids as well as national identity cards.

Today i visited this center very amazing experience and very cooperative staff

Quiet rushy but still its a very good facility for all of us, 24/7 operation is quite surprising.But here is a thing we had reached the office at around 10:30 pm and we walk out at around 3:00 am in the morning, The first one and half hour from 10:30pm to 00:00 the work there is so so slow because its the ending time of that shift so its quite annoying. So I suggest to go there at the starting time of the new shift and there are three shifts of 8 hours each .(its only my suggestion)Otherwise, its not that bad I think.

Best service provided by NADRA for the city of lights available 24/7, No long waiting in queue and nice and clean place and enough staff to handel more than 12 persons at a time and all the paperwork is done by a single staff so nomore wondering around to different agents for different paperwork, picture, finger print scanning etc. Just make sure to select the right type of CNIC by looking on the banner and select on the token machine because charges are different type of CNIC.

It was a pleasant surprise visiting the Nadra Center. They are offering a truly one-stop-shop and one window facility that is operational 24/7 for all Pakistanis. The whole experience was seamless and we were through the process within 1 hour. The waiting lines can be long during peak hours to you should try visiting during off-peak hours (maybe early morning or in the night).

This is the first time I visited the NADRA Mega Center DHA to make a NICOP card and I have to say I am honestly impressed with the quality of service I received there. Each and every member of the staff genuinely wants to help you out and make it easier for you. I specially wants to Thank Mr. Mohammed Rehan, who was at the desk/station # 5 for his exceptional help and guidance. I did have to go back again as my mothers biometrics failed to register the desired percentage electronically, but I must say that the staff tried extremely hard to make it happen. Truly impressed!

Initial process is seamless. Cnic collection is a nightmare. One tiny window outside for all collections. For men and women

36 counters out of which less then half are working, and take too much time to process application,They must complete vacant positions to make the process faster and easier.

Service is ok. But apko hosh mein rehna parhta hay warna waiting buhat hay. They prefer senior citizens and executive first then comes normal smart card 750 charges

Nice place, be careful they offer you smart card(rs 2500) executive option first instead of basic smart card(rs 750).

Such an amazing and awe-inspiring experience. Got done with Smart Cnic application in merely 3.5 Minutes. Though it was an Executive application, but the speed and courtesy of the staff i.e. Mr. Furqan was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to visit after sunset to avoid any late sittings and queues. Wonderful experience!!

On Monday 16 January 2019 joint NADRA office for my son Kashif Khan new cnic. Experience was good with cooperative staff. But on Saturday and Sunday found much bussy. I think more same maga center are required for massive population Karachi.

Much better and larger as compared to the other NADRA offices, the number of counters and the process flow is also good. But its still overcrowded because many counters are inactive. If all work at the same time it can improve the processing time drastically

Took a token and found out my turn would come in 3 hours. Ridiculous wait to have a NICOP made for my 6 month old. Went home and came back in 3 hours only to find out that I had just missed my turn. Explained the situation to the man at the reception desk and he endorsed my token so I could go immediately to a counter. From then on everything was simple.If you need to know what documents are required call NADRA beforehand or check online. Having a blood relative with you is required in most cases. It might be a ridiculous requirement but it is what it is.

That was my 4th experience in my 40years life for CNIC. Believe me this experience is the most wonderful have ever been. Nadra Mega Center is one of the most convenient NADRA Center in Karachi. Neat and clean good environment, helpful staff, no waste of time, good location, better parking facilities near by.
