Misleading terms and conditions given by sales agents and terrible customer service! Do NOT recommend to anyone. I was their Life Assurance Policy holder and after 5 years of paying premiums (since 2014) on time they didnt process one of my cheques because it was 75 Rs. short! And then didnt bother to contact me for an year despite multiple complaintsAbsolutely pathetic!

Adamjee Insurance is a reliable and one of the biggest companies in Pakistan. Adamjee House is situated on I.I.Chundrigar Road.

I feel my funds were stolen by Adamjee. I had a policy. I wished to cash it (close the policy) I opened in 2012 asked for closure in 2019. I invested 60,000 rupees every year. Since 2012 till 2018 . And they have not yet given me the full amount. Of the policy when I closed my account. I am unable to contact any one who can help. This policy was through Wealth Assured from Kasb Bank (Now Bank Islami)

It is formor head office of Adamjee insurance company now this office is remotely controlled by Lahore head office and this office administrator is only rubber stamp

Worst customer services ever i really dint expected this type of customer services for a reputable company like Adam Jee they dont even pick up my call and when they did they made me call to another number saying this is our karachi branch and now it has been 3 hrs there is no answering my call there.
