Express maintenance is available here so in and out within 60 mins for periodic maintenance jobs. For regular work the staff is well trained and polite and guide you well before getting anything done. Decent parking space. Provide refreshments while waiting for your car.

Visited this place along with a friend to receive his new car. Staff was very courteous, from receptionist to manager. Our sales executive explained each and every documentation details and handed over keys of thr new vehicle to us.Manager was busy with some other customer / guests, but came to us to meet us and to congratulate us upon receiving new vehicle.Overall my friend is one of their satisfied client.

This dealership is quickly becoming one of the best in the country; I have visited them on several occasions for periodic maintenance and body/paint work with excellent results. Full marks for customer service!Only let down is that on both occasions the paintwork required up to a week to complete (even though it was a minor/scratch repair).Overall very good, waiting room is women/children friendly and overall staff is very friendly and they provide excellent service. All my Toyota variants now go to Toyota Clifton Motors.

Yesterday I took a appointment for regular car maintaince at 9 am, i m still standing outside with my car, no buddy yet come to open the gate , they have no value for time.. it’s 9.17 am right now & I m still waiting..

Its recently opened near Abdullah Shah Ghazi fly over. Same 3S services as other Toyota Indus Motors showrooms. The staff is really cooperating and loving. Still Toyota Corolla 1.3 Gli and Altis are on the wait for 2 to 3 months.

I think the place is over rated. I visited this place twice for car service. During First encounter, I sensed there is something wrong here. I disliked, when they just tore up the Toyota Southern Motors Sticker inside rear glass leaving behind glued paper. I personally cleaned it with much efforts later. They put their very cheap quality sticker which started coming off in a month and giving a shabby look to the rear glass, which was in a perfectly sober condition other wise. They also didnt ask me which motor oil I prefer before changing as I was already using synthetic.Today, I visited the service center again, believing that I must not make any negative opinion on my first encounter. Everything looked ok, till I went in to receive my car. Again, they put a new sticker on the outside of the glass this time. Moreover I was not walked round the car or handed over the car as it was taken over. Upon parking the car at home, also noticed one small scratch on rear bumbee which I ignored just because I left the premises and ethically find my self at the lower end to claim for that.Anyway, I think this place needs lot of improvement in their work ethics and procedures to compete with other centers. I have decided not to visit this center again for the car service as I find it better elsewhere.

Reasonable overall. Giving it 3 instead of 4 coz they didnt clean my car properly from the inside when i got some maintenance work done, even after I had specifically requested. Relatively new hence cleaner, nice waiting area.
