I booked my suzuki cultus vxl thru khalid motoers lahore at 24/08/2020 and now stil not received my vehicle and suzuki khalid motoers giving me just lame excuses nothing else....I’m stil in awaiting position if any body related suzuki read my review plzzz solve the issue....

Corporate visit to Suzuki auto assembling plant.... If I get a chance to visit, its really fun to watch auto assembling of New Alto, New Cultus, very old Pickup, and other vehicles.....

Shame suzuki mgt (read full msg). demanding tax on increased price from old orders who even paid full. people who booked alto (and other versions) till july 2019 and waiting delivery shall focus. aug 01 price up Rs.138,000.In aug, those who call customer service, for delivery are informed to pay tax Rs.25k approx on increased amount and are being told that its mgt decision. And being threatened nonpayment will either cancel order or would be asked to pay complete difference i.e. increased priceDont worry pak suzuki if it is true, and it is actually true (my family member has been actually informed), I wont let you go easily.What do you think that your management may suddenly approve whole price increase recovery and we would surrender. This is now going everywhere, your suzuki headquarter, whatsapp, Twitter, youtube, prime minister complaint cell in pak, automobile association, pak wheels, olx, by courier to your management. And if you dont take the decision back, to consumer court, federal ombudsperson.The pak suzuki representative are directly saying there is outstanding payment against you (same is written on balance payment demand letter) and customers get stunned, and later they explain policy change decision by management and than try to make customer agree that we are not charging your price but government increased tax on price. Logic is, its not that govt. Increased the tax but pak suzuki has increased the price. Customer are also being lured that they would invoice with increased price; nonsense. (Full payment booking letter mentions that invoice will be at booking price)Actually they have advance booking and they know how much advanced booking they have for alto, so they thought to rip off. Have look at following and the screen shots.Have a look:Suzuki gsx is being sold for Rs.539,000 for past more than 5 months but no price hike.All suzuki bikes are available in 24 months installment without any interest. It means of popular Rs.200,000 suzuki they are losing Rs.40,000 (gross) interest) in 2 yearsP.S.: THIS MEANS THEY SAW THE OPPORTUNITY TO RIP OFF UNDER ALTO (OR MORE CATEGORY) BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE ADVANCE BOOKING FIGURES)Now waiting for intimation on our order and will take it every level.UPDATE: received letter from concerned delivery showroom. LETTER DOES NOT MENTION ON WHAT ACCOUNT Rs.23,000 are being DEMANDED. IT SAYS BALANCE DUE. CALL TO SHOWROOM REVEALS THAT ITS TAX ON INCREASED AMOUNT. Also, letter says booking dated 5th aug. Though booking is dated 26 july. Talk with customer reveals pay order realised on 5th aug. Strange it takes one day for clearence and above Rs.500,000 payment is cleared same day if deposited before 9:30 am.(eg if were at any company, all payments were to be deposited next business day otherwise you will charged by your employer)The rep. Said its tax on enhanced amount which customer has to bear and company is bearing price differential. I said wow. He said its as per terms where it states any new govt. Tax has to borne by customer. The term say where govt. Increases tax but its not that govt. Increased tax and its suzuki mgt who increased price which effects tax. Also, this was not the practice before which can be easily confirmed by calling them)WHY THEY ARE HIDDING REASON FOR BALANCE DUE? I am soon attaching booking order and balance payment letter.

This automobile plant is the most advanced with its built structure and technological approach.A very professional organisation with a properly structured hirarchy having a very defined and task oriented professionals.The plant is situated at the Pak steel industrial state near Bin Qasim port karachi.It has the total installed automobile assemling capacity of 150,000 units/annum.They have a range of products of cars,van and pickup.The company has remained a top selling brand of the country for the decades with a market share of 53%.The highest no of sales were recorded in the year 2017 and 2018 due to its economical prices fuel efficiency of products and the small size of cars and its engines.The management is more centered to the japanese oriented policies and has a strong japanese influence.Few imported products are also sold in the market with a small portion to enhance and uplift the brand image.
