Went to see and test drive the new Yaris. Courteous staff and comfortable atmosphere.

After sales service is very poor especially if you buy any of their accessories, they are not willing to properly resolve issues during warranty period.

Very well organised Motor Workshop and it is located on the main Shah-e-Rah Faisal. Work sheet is made and the person handing over the Car can wait in a comfortable room with TV & refreshments. A big benefit is not only Toyota parts are available but paint work is also undertaken. The charges are not excessive. The staff is courteous. It was my first first and I came back totally satisfied.

Very bad experience of compound polish instead of removing the scratches they have put more. I would suggest that do the compound polish from outside which is cheaper and far better than them.Took two days and unsatisfactory service.

Had a very good experience at Toyota central motors. Took my brand new car after encountering an accident. The staff was very cooperative. They provided the guidance which was very helpful. Left car there and faced no difficulty in finding an uber to commute to home. The staff took all the trouble in arranging insurance inspectors visits. I was never bothered even once. The technical adviser there Mr. Moses was very very kind. I was only called once and that was for picked ng up the car. I would recommend you to take the car at least once and see the difference.

The reception staff is less cooperative / responsive. The techinical staff donnot feel trained, company required to employ well trained staff. The charges are not fair enough, they charged to much and put unusual expenditures also.

I just booked my Fortuner Sigma today and I have to say, my experience at Toyota Central was extremely pleasurable.The facility is huge and the quality of work is up to Toyota standards. The showroom is large. However the salesperson whom I spoke to miscommunicated about the delivery when I called and when I arrived to do the booking. Also was trying to push insurance, extended warranty, loyalty card etc while the delivery is almost 6 months away. The salespeople here seem glib and a bit too clever for their own good. Did not leave with a good impression.

It was better experience. Good customer service in compare to other Toyota dealers in Karachi.

Pathetic service and very very late delivery. I dont know why they keep on delaying the delivery of vehicle and keep on making stupid excuses. I have sent my driver 3 times this week to take delivery and everytime i was told that the delivery could not be made as they r checking the vehicle. It took them a whole week to deliver my GLi. This is not the 1st time they have acted like this and their sales department staff has been non-cooperative to the level of anxiety. Try not to book vehicle from Toyota Central and these people will delay the delivery without giving a logical response and cooperation.
