Good customer service and helpful staff. However, body shop is not good and their work require lots of personal inspection after they are done. Body shop needs lots of process improvement.

Worse customer service ever! please avoid this location at all costs. I purchased a brand new honda civic from them, which stopped working all of a sudden couple days ago when I had to go for an important meeting. I have owned a honda civic in Canada as well and have never had an issue like this. My car just wouldnt start. I called Honda for help and they told me to contact the person I purchased the car from, like whattttt??? They told me they cant do anything and are fully booked with other cars having similar issues. I later found out that the car had been recalled due to an issue with a part in the car, something I was never informed about from Honda. I was driving a recalled car for all this time, this is just pathetic. They dont care about their customers or a persons life. Its been three days and they dont even know what is wrong with the car yet. This is extremely upsetting. As I am just visiting here, I dont have any means of transportation and I have to keep calling them to fix my car. I am very disappointed in their customer service. Please ignore all the other reviews as they are fake and avoid purchasing your car from this location, no matter what!!! You are better off buying a cheaper car with better customer service than coming to Honda.

Pathetic customer service....so called GM Mr.Nabeel Shaukat even dont know how to handle their customers...ive been having 5 years relation with them he even dont care about it and against my complain i had this time bluntly said we are not responsible even though the issues i faced was after receiving my car from periodic maintenance and service...well this was the last time i had my car serviced from them.

Sales and services are provided there.Big showroom and service centre.Sales staff was not welcoming and they didnt provide enough information of products,it seems they dont have full information related to products which they should suppose to have.Environment was not to much friendly and welcoming.Overall not outstanding experience.

Experience is just good, not very excellent, poor customer service.They charge way too more than normal market rates.Also they dont do a good car wash service with over charges which goes up to two times higher than normal regular rates, and they would waste a lot of your time for unnecessary reasons.Besides, their services can be a better choice if someone needs to have genuine parts or accessories.

I got the honda brv from them delivery related staff was alright and good tempered and very helpfulBut unfortunately there was door noise and rattling of door handles from 3 door took my car again 3 times but the issue persisted every time the technican and mechanical staff assured me the job is solved but still the problem persisted despite my car is vrand new and only 2k Kma drivenToday i talked to the after sales manager fingers crossed ......But i must say better to avoid mechanical works from here better go to Honda Quaideen my brother had a awesome mechanical work experience from them

You can easily book a Honda vehicle here but the staff is extremely slow and bad. After you make the payment, they will have the most rude attitude and wont reply to phone calls or act as if they are doing a favor on you. Its better to purchase your Honda cars from other showrooms.

Honda Central is very pathetic when it comes to claiming the warranty of your car. They just know how to sell their cars and forget about their customers. The after sales service is very poor. I had to call them like million times for three months but no positive response from them. After getting furious and visited their showroom, the after sales team had to bow down and came to terms in expediting the warranty claim.

When you go there please keep at least 45 minutes more than the routine time and expect lesser quality of service as they have started getting more customers than they can actually handle. Honda Atlas should consider opening more 3S dealerships to improve the quality which is being compromised.

Although a hinda brand loyal since 2006 and driving hinda vehicle with great satisfaction but talking about their safter sales service in particular their sharah e faisal showroom is against thier standards. Firstly lack of space and over booking secondly due to high working pressure quality of work affects a lot. Visited once just because of 1 person i know from driveinn showroom but apart from his service i am sorroy to said very ordinary service not even complete their job mentioned to them in time but also charged for the job not completed.

F**kers stole my usb and my floor mats claiming that they werent present in my car .... its just crazy that they are making millions daily yet they have to stoop to such levels of pettiness. I dont recommend this service station to anyone.... IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR PLEASE TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE HONESTLY

Honda car company showroom at Shahra e Faisal. Cooperative and active staff

Dealership called at 1pm car was ready. We got there at 3pm and the reception asked us to clear the bill and wait as the car will be brought down. After 30 minutes of wait turned out the work had not been performed at all. We requested a refund and the uncourteous staff said they could not but will give us a coupon so we can get the work done on some other day.At least Im not going back and strongly recommending all readers to be careful. Hopefully Honda Corp can look into this terrible dealership

I bought my Honda City from there, sales staff is cooperative and good they know very well how to make more and more clients,.I used to send my car for service, usually they are busy and taking so much cars for service so it makes delay every time, the last time i send in September, 2017 was worse experience they committed for 1600 Hours in the evening but I reached there at 1645 and wait till 1745 my bill was missed, there is so mess up in retrieving and unnecessary delay, i was in hurry and didnt check there is a scratch on back seat left side door, 2 of the wheel nut screws badly tighten on lug stud so it was very hard to open the wheel when it was punctured.The customer services representative calling me again and again for service but when i tried to complain the phone was hanged-up.

Have purchased brand new honda Aspire 1.5/M from them, although it has been 1 year but they are unable to resolve problem of AC lines freeze with ice on long drive...!In June-2017 they hold vehicle for 5 times to resolve issue but even until today they are failed to resolve common issue of city & civic models.They are used to put wrong bill by adding additional parts which are even working fine.
