Very pathetic experience. A public funded department does not have any parking for the public. Also, I was told by the employees that they only deal with highway construction and civil related work which means having that big office on Sharah-e-Faisal is waste of public money. This type of office can be better built on Super-Highway for much less investment.No proper reception area where you can get information. I was told I have to go Hub to get Driver License information.Overall very disappointed, being overseas Pakistani I was expecting better response, proactive employees and welcoming environment for the people of Pakistan

NHA need to build more highways like liyari express way which also incomplete till today. Especially should build Malir express way as well
