Great serving of crackers with a delicious sauce. Then the yummy hot n sour soup and the shashlik with vegetable rice give me enjoy alot, and every time force me to go again

Pathetic experience... Ordered one of the combos and schezuan chowmein. Absolutely tasteless with the typical flavor of tomato ketchup. And yes the hot and sour soup was thin as water and tasted like ketchup again. Food portions were so less that my family literally laughed. Not going there again.

When craving for Chinese food , @Ginsoyextreme is always the perfect choice . I haven’t tried Chinese food of many places except Ginsoy and 2-3 more and I love Ginsoy. Their soup, chicken tempura and fries are my favourite starters.This over here are their Chicken Chowmein , Fried rice without egg & Chicken Manchurian. Each dish was perfect in its own way

Worst customer service... the order was only chicken corn soup and it came in 50min which was also brought without a sauce that was needed even inquiring about it it came after 20min...I will never order from here again

Good point to have best chinese in the mall but its better to go to the main restaurant and have meal while sitting with great ambiance.I used to have their deal which included 2 curries with rice, noodles, soup and crackers for very nominal price of 800 but now the same deal with no soup cost you more than 1200. So no point of spending that much of amount while sitting in a mall.

Located in the food court of lucky one mall, i havent tried, but there was a young couple sitting right next to ours and they were like crazy for their food and they were literally fighting over it, so I guess it must be that good.

Ive experienced pretty worse mishaps in food joints & sadly Ginsoy has become one of them. The Lucky One Mall branch is really bad when it comes to food. Ordered Schezwan Chicken which was supposed to be spicy but was actually filled with ketchup sauce, Spicy Garlic Chicken was nothing spicy at all & not even a little taste of garlic was present, Chicken Chowmein didnt even have any chicken & the spaghetti was undercooked. Took only 2-3 bites of the things & went & returned all of the food at the outlet. The management should really look into what food is being made otherwise Ginsoy will be another name which will be going down the drain cause of focusing on quantity of branches rather than on quality of food.

Tip class Chinese cuisine is available....

Ginsoy need to understand extreme Chinese doesnt mean to add red pepper in every meal ... that typical mushrooms and salt taste want there e in Chinese cuisine

Good food but before ordering check the price all prices are without SALES TAX. So written prices are something else and charged prices are something else, which may be disturbing your mood.

Hot and sour soup was wat toooo spicy. Had to throw it away bcause the shop didnt accept to accomodate or even understand

Not much good as the ginsoy at Gulshan

Ginsoy Lucky one mall is for sure better than the other outlets they have around the city. The food served was oven hot and the spices were on point. It is also served in time. As compared to their other frachises, I find they serve better food. Chicken manchurian was yummy and the rice were well cooked to. Next time you visit lucky one mall, do try Ginsoy too!! Happy eating!

I dont think the food is bad here, its supposed to be fast food after all so I dont mind anything here and I wont draw comparisons to the restaurant because this is ginsoy Express. I enjoy using my bogo vouchers here otherwise it would be a bit expensive for fast food..

Better to visit the complete branch like at the Gulistan-e-Johar since this branch is at the food court and one will miss the theme & interiors of Ginsoy for which its renowned.
