One of the best pizza places in Karachi..Its a good place for some fun outing with family and friends. The food and atmosphere is truly wonderful .

I found cleanliness issues here.Cutlery was a bit oily.There was a tower AC right beside the table where we were sitting, running at 17 temperature but no cooling. But it wasnt their fault I guess because we chose this side to sit by ourselves. They requested to sit at some other table which, we checked later, was fine.But yes, flies were seen there was totally their fault.

Very bad management, no customer support, in salad bar many items are bad. We ordered and waiting in dine-in more than one and half hour still waiting. Very bad experience

It is near my house so we usually prefer to dine-in there on weekends with family.The staff is cooperative & friendly.They always served promptly.This pizza hut cleanliness is remarkable.We tried all toppings & deals there.My favourite topping is chicken supreme,chicken fajita & chicken tikka.They also served vegetarian pizza that is my brother delighted one pizza as he dont like chicken.Their salad is also fresh.The cheese used in pizza is high quality thats why its really enhances the flavour of pizza.

Very poor service. They asked us to wait for an hour but we went upstairs and quit a space was available. AC were not working properly. Order came much later then given time. Pizza was OK. Ambiance definitely needs an improvement. Also staff coordination with each other was not much synchronized.

Because we like to take outings and we mostly love to take outings in restaurants but mostly we love pizza hut and we love this branch of pizza hut thank u for sharing your precious taste with us.

Had such bad experience on 14 August... Waited for like 1:15 hours to get the order. Also waited for 15 minutes in waiting area with no Ac or fan. Sweating like anything.When we got the table, again Acs were not working at all...Its fine I think to go on a normal day but not any big occasions...

Way too spicy for a pizza... even the chicken ranch topping was too spicy. Also the service needs to be improved.

A big name restaurant on 14th Aug with no AC operational and dirty tables full of flies. Hot humid and dirty. I went to eat with the family and just got the hell out as soon as I entered the place without bothering to even give it a thought.

Pizza hut used to be a nice place for pizza lovers but last Saturday I visited pizza hut and had a bad experience. There was hue and cry everywhere. Nobody was ready to attend us. Even meal was served after 1.5 hours.

Worst customer service. More than 15 minutes on the table & no body attended us to take our order. I went to the staff at door & was assured someone will be right there to take our order. Again 10 minutes & nobody showed up. That was enough to realize how the service is going to be for the rest of visit. We decided to walk away to California pizza next door & guess what, that proved to be a good decision.
