Well the Sops were followed and I would say, it looked a bit gloomy and dark since they had closed the sitting area due to Covid-19.However the Chicken was great as always.Highly recommended if you are living under the rock and havent tried KFC yet.

Got nothing against KFC. All of their joints are pretty much the same. Nothing to complain about. Gulshan branch is the same. Its sterile as any other. And not as crowded.The parking is a bit of a problem. Your car can get trapped by other cars if you park too close to the entrance. Better keep it a bit farther.

They were open even in Thunderstorm heavy rain. The service is super quick. The staff over there is so quick that they helped us while going out, by trying to give a plastic poly bag to cover our food, which was initially packed in paper bag. However thats boyons their policy and routine service

KFC comes and gets finished in a speed of flash. I love this order since it is being catered by special people (deaf) and was amazed to see the accuracy and quality of the service.Mind blowing every the regular people makes mistakes but these people seemed to be super humans.

KFC Gulshan-e-Iqbal 2 is situated at good location. All staff are deaf but their cooperation is marvellous only one person speaks rest of them are deaf.I recommend to everyone plz visit there.

The quality of chicken is to low and chicken is not cooked properly of double deal.

Its a must visit if you are craving for KFC Zinger as this outlet always have fresh zingers and I dont know why but comparably way better than many other KFC outlets nearby. It has good service staff, reasonably easy parking around the vicinity and active kids play area. You can have good time dine in there as kids get busy playing :)

This outlet has always been my pickup point. The staff is very courteous, especially the staff with special need are so nice and loving. I am impressed with their social adjustment. They take due care of each and every customer. Keep it up KFC and your efforts to take care of employees with special needs. Great job done.

Well, its KFC! So no need to review every branch individually as they keep maintaining their brand standard. However this branch of KFC I found cleaner and more pleasant than other branches of the city, especially the Shahrah-e-Faisal branch.

So, KFC university road is place where the waiters are deaf and dumb. The food is high quality with the pleasant and peaceful environment.

Great service one of the first places I have ever seen in Pakistan to employ deff people! Very nice staff and felt very great to see such work being done in this country

Place is good, ambience is nice, nicely planned and decorated sitting area with a small play area for kids. You will enjoy your food at KFC gulshan e iqbal.

This outlet is situated at University Road just opposite to Hakeem Saeed ground. If my memory serves me correct this outlet has the honor of being the first and deaf friendly KFC outlet in karachi.When go to the counter to state your order, you will find a list of symbolic hand movements that you can use to place your order. At first it seems awkward but there is other staff to help.

Slow in service. staff number should be increased.

Alert: Ice cream not available in this branch,located just opposite to Ground (Play area) at university road. Not a good experience. AC not working. I just order 1 CC and 1 regular fries and it took around 45 minutes. and I dont know why the orders were serving backwards. My order was 2155 and the order was serving 2158 then 517 then I keep asking them to please place my order and after that my order came. Food was good. But I dont recommend to hangout over there.

Its the best kfc branch you can come to. Situated on the university road, this branch employs people with special abilities. While it is a little overwhelming at first, the staff is highly professional and makes sure you have an enjoyable experience. My go to KFC branch in Karachi. Would totally recommend it

I loved how they have created jobs for deaf and also tributed them in nice words. These deaf guys were very humble and accommodating. I have minus one star for the lady who was taking orders who wasnt very professional and was rude

The unique part of this KFC branch that all the Waiters are deaf and dumb here, and they are equally efficient like other Normal people. A GOOD gesture to support such people.

This outlet of KFC has a very nice interior, good service. Including staff who have hearing & speaking impairment is highly appreciated as they are fulfilling their social responsibility.

They cancel our order and return the payment up upon midni8 time and closed the brach after genereating the bill and did not serve dinein

Zinger of KFC z easily the best!

The best thing about this outlet is most of the staff is deaf and dumb but still the customer services are fantastic. The only problem is car parking during daytime.

Most important thing about this place is, it is operated by special boys. Neat and clean space. Food quality is good. Outside there is little bit parking issue.

I appreciate how they are employing people with hearing disabilities, but it becomes quite cumbersome if have any questions or need to adjust your order. Service speed could also be improved.

Place has hygiene and cleaning issues.1.Dirty Tiolets2.Guy who cleans the floor does not wash his hands and start cleaning tables etc.and its a shame its in the dirtiest city in the world and it has to be the 5th city when its comes the worse city in the world
