I dont know Why the Chicken Chawal Bhara at Donisl is so underrated. Never saw any review/talks about it at any food forum. My brother had it 7 years ago and according to him its still the same delicious - I got my hands on this gorgeous thing last week and its totally worth trying (atleast once) if youre in Karachi and fond of trying different cuisines. Although their mutton karhai was super hit!! Loved their katakat too.Definitely a good experience of not-so- sophisticated but decent road side dinner with friends/family. Cheers!

Got delivery from food panda it was un cooked chicken paratha was and small only chapati was okay. Shame on you

Mutton Koyla Karahi is very tasty non doubt but Katakat like waste of money I personally suggest koyla is the best.Pics are attached before eating Mutton Koyla Karahi

Visited on 12th feb 2020 and sadly this place has lost its taste. I remember during my school days before the year 2011 donisl was famous for delicious karahais but unfortunately that taste is long gone.

A good variety of good.Visited as a guest in the donisl restaurant for lunch just today. We were entertaining friends from hectic routine, and enjoyed our side table. We chose to stay indoors - to enjoy the air conditioning . I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful waiter. he had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. he recognized that we wanted time to visit and did not rush us. he and other staff members made certain that we had everything we needed. Kudos!

One of the oldest food spot at Five star food street. Specialist in traditional dishes specially BBQ. A must check in for any new person visiting the town.Thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The food was fantastic, everything fresh and hot came to the table. The service was quick and the staff was very professional. The ambiance was very lively and creative. Really enjoyed my experience, highly recomend this place, will definately be back.

The koila Karahi tastes good but he dining area was dirty.

A good place for bar b que and the famous speciality..... Chicken Chawal Bhara. Its whole chicken filled with rice.Karhai and similar items are also good here. The plain nan is unque. Its very small, soft and tasty. Many times have visited Donisl just to buy Naan.Parking is a bit issue in the area and they did not accept plastic money

So donisl has a very good reputation in the market nearby. People get an awesome variety of foods at very economical rates. The only thing that I would suggest them is to improve their service, it seems that they aren’t able to control all their customers very effectively

Tried it last year after almost 15 years or so and i must say that they still have same quality... it used to be iconic restaurant back in 90s... moved to one street ahead but still taste the best.

Tasty karhai & fast food A/c room is available

Extreme value for money. Amazingly devious food which wont cost and arm and a leg. They have both indoor and outdoor seating but its always better to sit outside in the fresh air. Specialities include various types of karahis, makhni, rolls and tikkas. Best time to go is in the evening. I believe they open up after sunset and close around 1 or 2 am

You can have good karahi here in vicinity of North Nazimabad

Best place to go with Your Family and loved ones. Recently they have opened a new place too near their old place. Its a must go place to eat good food. They also give facility to prepare your food and deliver to your home specially in Eid ul Adha , they will take your meat and prepare it for your in very reasonable price.
