The staff was wonderful and helpful. The Manager was especially amazing and went out of his way not once but quite a few times even though it wasnt really required and I would have been okay with the existing experience. Catering for a crowd who like Italian and American influenced dishes, this is a place that all ages like. Great for lunches, mid week easy eating and lazy Sundays, the menu is wide enough that youll not get bored, and everyone will be happy. Families love this restaurant and order from it again and again, couples like it too for low key dining. With a good range of hot and cold beverages on offer, this is also a good place to get mid morning coffee from to give you lift. They also have lovely soups, which are just great for a warming, light meal anytime.

A must go place if you have a sweet tooth. Their dessert are one of the best but I am bit sceptical about their main courses and starters. They vary from branch to branch.

I asked to visit the kitchen however I was told that it their policy not to let any customers in. And then as expected, the stake wasnt cooked properly, the Peri bites felt like they were frozen and just microwaved, the salad I ordered never came because I asked if its fresh, they said yes however they told me latert theyre out yet they served one right next to my table.their pizza was really good once upon a time however the one I had was horrible and felt like a local bakery pizza. I feel they have a very dirty kitchen which they are hiding, the food theyre serving is pre cooked and microwaved right before Serving. It used to be good at one point though....not any more

This is one of my favourite dine in place !!! Ferrorcher cake was the highlight of the menu which i ordered as it got those hazelnuts and chunks of chocolates in its layers too.Their mediterranean pizza was thin crust having corn and jalepenos(just loved it).I am not a fan of their steaks but I still ordered one fajitta chicken, rice served as a side line were soggy though :/Chillos were 10/10 N how i forget abount Mojitu Drink,Its one of the best drink I had & almost every restraunt makes it the best..I always order this mint lemonde where ever I dine in without a second thought.This branch of Del Frio has a perfect relaxing atmosphere with some really good playlist!Highly Recommend

A well furnished restaurant with nice ambiance. Their menu card is very impressive covering a wide variety of popular dishes in different styles. However, when it comes to cooking, the standard is mediocre to reasonably good, not very good. They need to get a better chef perhaps. The service standard also needs improvement.Overall, not a bad experience but I in this price, I can eat much better.

Our usual place for a sweet tooth mood. This place never disappoints when it comes to dessert. So were 3 people who went for dessert after iftaar around 10pm. We ordered a nutella brownie with French vanilla ice cream, a molten lava cake with French vanilla cream and 1 chocolate sundae. All 3 dishes were simply amazing and divine. Every bite was just amazing. They have the best lava cake in Karachi. The moment you break into the cake with your spoon the melted Chocolate oozes out and this warm cake goes so well with the light French vanilla ice cream, its the perfect balance to your palette. The warm nutella brownie with ice cream is a delight too.

Went with my wife, had a great time, for starters we ordered peri bites, then main course was Fajita chicken & Taragon chicken, drinks fresh lime. Desert we ordered hot brooki, which was hot browine cake, served with vanilla ice cream. Everything was great specially the dessert, service and ambience was good too.

Our visit to del frio smchs was very disappointing today.We ordered a breakfast platter and found to hair in it. One was in the fruit salad in which we also found a rotten banana.And another hair was in the pancakes.The service was also very inefficient.The bathrooms were locked and the waiters kept making excuses.Taste 2/10Prices 4/10 (it wasn’t expensive but still not worth it)Service 1/10

I visited Delfrio SMCHS today, 22 August 2020 with very high expectations. I ordered breakfast platter and was highly disappointed with it. I found 2 hair in the food, which was disgusting. The coffee was cold, as well. The washrooms werent clean. The waiters didnt had any courtesy to say even sorry. Extremely dissatisfied. There was a lot of trash outside the restaurant some of it belonged to Delfrio itself but it was on the floor with flies all over.The taste was also not upto the mark. I will never visit again nor I will recommend anyone.

Good food and good place over all. They had construction going on one side, the other was open to dine in. Unfortunately the place we were sitting, there was a speaker right above us. The music was super loud and we had to ask waiter twice to turn it down. one of the waiter was super rude and he just denied our request to lower down the volume. I had to tell him three times that we are having difficulty in our conversations. I hope management takes this matter into consideration and teach that waiter some manners.

Well the experience was not good, we ordered roasted beef sandwich and fajita sandwich but quality of bread was not good even it was not that tasty, peri bite were alao not good as compare to Espresso and Nandos. Service also need to be improved.
