Id say a good place but somehow the non smoking area and overall in rush hours it feels a bit crowded. Staff is good and you get discounts with some banks while paying through credit card (eg. HBL).Come here if you want to sit down and have some discussions with some decent food to go along.I had 3 egg omelette with steak and cheese. Was really fulfilling. Two people can share it tbh.

Chocolates here were expiring in a months time. They didnt update their stocks. Didnt expect this from a renowned franchise. Not up to the mark!!!!

Good service but unspectacular food. I ordered Eggs Benedict which was served on a square piece of sliced bread, so was basically poached egg on toast! Also, it seems to me Butlers are indulging in shrinkflation, I.e. smaller quantities at the same or higher price. This means value for money has reduced big time, which is a shame.

Went for a brunch, the food on offer was wonderful, as well as their excellent selection of chocolates.The coffee was not to my taste and the ambience was frequently distributed by the sounds of smoothie makers and blenders going off in the background.

The outdoor breakfast is a BIG NO the reason Im stating this, the early morning CBC workers clean and brush off dust on the roads which comes direct into your platter!!

This time butlers disappointed me as food was not hot, I complained they changed it and same case was with coffee. If ony I could give 0 stars!I ordered pasta and a chocolate lava cake today.It was horrible!There was a bug in my pasta !!!!How disgusting is that???????There was hair on my lava cake! YES ON, not IN!!!I was so shocked by this delivery and they have honestly lost a customer. I hope you guys dont serve a bug-filled pasta or a hairy lava cake to anyone else.I am really disappointed!

The worst place ever to have coffee. All the drinks have an excessive amount of sugar and they have coffee in White Chocolate latte! They dont serve decent coffee at all. Would not recommend to anyone. Gloria Jeans Coffee and The Second Cup are much better places to have coffee.

That is one of the best cafe in Karachi, their food is delicious, their coffee and shakes are excellent, location is good, ambience is great, everything is good especially their chicken strips with sauce is great, you can go for your meal OR light snack OR just have a drink coffee and all that with your friends and family. I recommend to go there.

Best Irish brunch and chocolates - I visited butlers again after 4 year break in Nov 19 ... yet again this places serves best quality brunch , breakfast , chocolates , coffee and drinks .. must visit when in karachi .. located at popular zamzama street! Thumbsup

Always loved their presentation of chocolates, and so atmosphere. Very courteous staff and service. Restroom was conjested though. You can surely have memoriable moments with your love ones. I will call it a romantic place too because of its interior of chocolaty vibes. The idea of one complimentary chocolate with the meal is auspicious. The place is worth visiting.

The storm has cooled. It had a frenzy when it launched. Even now it is way better than the competition but it still has a long way to go. Valet parking is a blessing.

Best hot chocolate

Same old same old. I have frequented in Lahores Butlers. I like the place and their menu. Breakfasts there are amazing.Karachis place is a little too tiny with no space to park my car. Happened to be situated on a very busy road. Though there is valet available but I dont want a valet everytime I need some coffee.

The Mocha that I ordered was exactly how I wanted it to taste like. Just think that the place itself could use a bit of work as it has wore off with time. Nevertheless, the ambiance as always was fantastic.

Being from NYC this place is really up to standards. The food is amazing and I forget that I’m not in a western country. The decor is nice and the staff is great. All of the coffee drinks are great. The americano is not worth the price. It’s just black coffee. The chocolates are great. I highly recommend this place.

The coffee tasted awful. The complementary chocolate too sweet for my taste. Ambiance was good but I was surprised and little bit irritated to realize the even though all sitting was air conditioned but customers was allowed to smoke and many of them were doing it continually. Everyone have to einhell second hand smoke filtered through AC. Surely wont be going back

One of the best cafe restaurants in Karachi without any doubt. The ambiance is excellent. A well maintained restaurant I can say. The deserts including the shakes are best. The meals are also good but always consult the waiter before ordering to be happy with what comes on your table when food is served coz the names in the menu are a little different than what they should actually be.
