Nandos is a most favourite place to visit , because the tasty and delicious stuff they have is great. Now a days due to Covid-19, the dinning inside is stopped, but they have arranged outside sitting area to serve the community. I suggest once a month visit is must to enjoy the delicious chicken. Their sauces are great.

Just wow! Always a treat to be here. Service, food, atmosphere (outdoor seating) flavours all perfect and lovely. Their signature Chocolate Cake is to die for.

It used be one of the best fine dining in Karachi but time by time them became worst of all restaurants. You will be shocked to see the seating arrangement. It was not possible other wise they would ask different customers to sit together just to make some more money by adjusting more and more customer.This is the only reason grillos is getting famous because you can find the same or better taste with better seating arrangements.

We ordered peri peri and chicken butterfly. Peri peri was gud but chicken butterfly was tasteless, plain chicken will be better. Didnt recommencd chicken butterfly bht yeah you can try peri peri. Sitting arrangement was ok. Staff was also not too good just ok.

We ordered their only stake - Butterfly Stake. I ordered it hot, but it was tasteless cant understand why did they even made it, a plain chicken would be better, had to use ketchup and hot sauce. Then there was no presentation plain empty plates. Now the chicken burger we ordered was also tasteless. No value for money. The fries you see in plate are for Rs210. No sauce was given with the fries. Really bad experience. Giving 2 stars only for cleanliness in restaurant.

Ambiance is a bit uncomfortable as there is little privacy and a bit too noisy. However, good is nice but pricey. Tell the waiter to not burn your chicken though.

Food was amazing with peaceful environment.. loved the food and services.. cooperative staff.. :)Just one thing that refrained me from giving 5 stars was untidy washroom and absence of hand wash/sanitizer. This is really alarming when customers do not have these basic facilities in such huge restaurants :(

Peri Peri. A lovers of their chicken variety. Sidelines are also good overall. Thats a old chain but had been one of my favourites...

The food was mostly bland. The chicken was dreadful and the additional sauce, did nothing. The drinks were also completely flat. The garlic bread was atrocious with absolutely no flavour or seasoning at all. Just a bun with a swipe of garlic butter. Complete waste of money. If you are desperate for Nandos, order a butterfly chicken (mild). It is decent, at best. A waste of money. The only reason it is not one star is the venue and staff. The staff attempted to be helpful at times. And the venue had inadequate seating, meaning it felt strange to sit down, even in a group. I would not recommend this restaurant as it is of low tier quality compared to European branches and other restaurants. But the Peri Peri fries, they were delectable.

Wonderful place with excellent food.But the best part was the service provided by the staff. Very professional and efficient.

Hands down the best authentic chicken you can get. Rice might feel dry often.

Taste and service is excellent but they need to work on ambiance.

Nandos never disappoints in taste. Peri bites were always fresh, hot and crispy. Chicken was tender and juicy. They offered wedges, fried, bread, rice as a sidelines. A bit expensive but worth having it. Their sauces were amazing specially wild herbs.Offered desserts as well. The cake was moist and rich in chocolate flavor.

Chicken Taste is awesome here. But, please dont try rice :D

Nice place for a quick bite. Food is tasty, staff is courteous, service time is fast. Highly recommended. I dont understand why they have a smoking area indoors when most of the world only allows smoking outdoors.

Their dishes especially the chicken ones are like by a trendy crowd or group of people because its Mexican and its not liked by generalized public of Pakistan. Their chicken with peri peri Sauces is awesome but only to those who like such taste but by others it is not liked at all. Parking is a big issue near the restaurant. Their home delivery is service quite pathetic. They usually have some sort of deals so you can try that. Strongly recommended to try at least once to see if you like the taste or not. A bit pricy though.

Nandos ( Also known as Nandinos ) is a South African food chain .Theyre famous or variations of chicken spices.I tried Espetada and 1/4 on the bone from peri peri chicken.Espetada was an extremely a different but good experience. Taste was unique in sense enhancing its worth by the sauces.Interior is also good. For Cleanliness :5And for staff ambiance :4No doubt a worthy place to visit .

Its always been one of my favorite but now a days they have decrease the quantity of sides like fries, coleslaw and wedges.

I have a problem to share with you guysThe dining table was not cleaned properly every time I go and i have to leave the table and inform the staff to clean it ...Rice looks to be prepared much earlier in the day as it was very cold , it should be hotThey should nit take and bring back after doing microPlus the atmosphere is not too goodFood was ok and not as bad.

The taste was just ok. I have visited their Dubai Ibne Batuta mall branch and the taste and quantity was literally best awesome at ibne batuta mall dubai, however, the quantity was way lesser here in karachi against the amount charged for the item. In perticular this visit was just ok. Not value for money. Sorry guys but this review is just for the purpose that you people should enhance your service, your serving quantity and taste. Tried after much time.. Food quality have downgraded as compared to earlier experience with nandos..

Decent enough place. Went there for lunch. The waitress was attentive & enthusiastic. Explained all the spice levels & various rice dishes. Had chicken wings & cheesy fries with chicken for starters. The cheesy sauce tasted strange. Wouldnt order it again. The mojito had way too much mint. Had to leave it in the end. The garlic bread was quite disappointing. A bun actually. They had no wedges. The kiddies burger & fries went down well. The hanging chicken skewer was also nice but could do with onion & red peppers, rather than just green peppers. The rice with chicken thighs and veggies was quite bland. Kids enjoyed their Nandos experience.

Superb taste, awesome ambiance but -2 for very small serving size! We ordered whole chicken (shared platter) with 5 sidelines for 5 people (moderate diet), whole chicken was like a 850 gm chicken and spicy rice (sidelines) was like 3-4 spoons rice (just like serving style / size of kheer) remain unsatisfied even after ordering additional large serving of spicy rice.

Nandos is one of my all time favorite dine ins. Peri bites are a must try without a doubt. If youre really hungry, try the whole chicken with fries as a regular side line. Full marks for ambience and service. Ample parking space on the outside.

One thing owner, customer and everyone else have to understand.Putting extra heavy spices and chillis wont make your food tasty or extraordinary.It is the right amount of everything that make a food a Meal.For the Atmosphere and overall expression of the restaurant, it is pretty decent and well maintained. Washroom, sitting area and tables are clean. Staff is super friendly, but the main course, of course, the FOOD is fair to say the best.

Portions are small, waiters surly, food passable. Portions are very small. Nandos is not the place to go if you want to eat good foodor want a hearty meal.

All time favourite.... Their Terry Bites are amaizing.....half chiken with sideline including rice and french fries are awesome.....

Good service and spice lunch

Pretty nice place overall. The ambiance was neat and cozy, lighting was adequate and the staff was welcoming. The speed of delivery is admirable as we were served right after we ordered. Most importantly, the taste was delightful. You can choose the level of spice in your meal as well. Would definitely dine here again.

I went there for Aftari...good service and loved almost everything about that place.

Pathetic place, poor food quality infact no quality. Dirty dining along with stale food , cold drinks have more than half water, never at all recommended.

Went there for dessert. We were lucky to get seated as soon as we entered on a weekend night. Tried all the cake slices they offered in the menu thanks to bogo. Cream cheese flavor turned out to be the best one for us. A very good experience overall. Thumbs up!!!

Its been more than an hour order has been received and the restaurant is closed.

The Bad:-There were too many flies inside the restaurant.-The staff was bickering amongst themselves and using inappropriate language.-The manager or floor in charge was not available or to be seen.The Good:-The food was delicious.-Service and delivery of food was fast.-Waiters were very responsive

Nice place for spending some time

The food was really good and decent in quantity, with surprisingly quick serving. Staff ambiance was just fine not to cozy. And the staff of this branch was little lazy as they forgot to serve all the items all together. But all together my food experience was delightful.
