So I along with a few of my friends went to Once Upon A Time - OUAT Cafe and Basement. to celebrate a friends birthday, and the experience was nothing short of amazing!Although we made the booking for their basement at the eleventh hour, they were courteous enough to accommodate us and catered gladly to all the changes we told them to make in terms of the buffet menu, decor, etc. So kudos to the customer service! Coming to the food, we opted for their Buffet which included Sticky Wings, Stuffed Rolls, Twin Steaks, Fries (Additional), Fettuccine Alfredo, Red Chilli Chicken and Fried Rice. All the dishes were really good; however, the stars of the show were definitely the Sticky Wings and Alfredo. The food along with the decor, Karaoke, PS4 games, etc., costed us Rs 1000/head.Absolutely loved the whole experience! Needless to say, my go-to place for celebrations now.Overall Rating:Food: 8/10Customer service: 10/10 Value for Money: 7/10

Booked the basement for a birthday party, decoration n all was superb but the food, it was not so good.

I really loved this small cosy themed cafe which serves diverse food variety along with spectacular decor for Birthdays.The staff and particularly the manager is a polite and cooperative person.Highly Recommended

I just really like the ambience of the place.It could be a perfect place for date.This place has large tv for sports lovers.Football or cricket that need to decided by toss. prices seems too high when you are with boys doesnt matter with girl its not that much high dont be scared. There is no problem with parking in this street. Staff is really polite.

The food was nice - tasted good and was presented well. The overall interior deco was mediocre - a bit overhyped thanks to social media; however, it was still pretty great. The theme is based off Alice in Wonderland. THEY HAVE MAD HATTER HATS. Oh and their menu is pretty well designed - content wise: was a lot of fun to go through.

Had a great time at a friends birthday party hosted in their basement. They had decorated it elaborately with Karaoke and Playstation set up acted as great ways to have a fun night with friends. Can easily accommodate groups of 10-15 people. The basement can also be booked in advance for date nights if you want to have that special night out with your significant other.

One the best place in town to have romantic dinner with your better half or someone you want to make your batter half...best quality of good and specially there cake was awsome I have never liked a cake like such except Macroni from Bombay Bakers ....there ambiance was aswome and staff was excellent and professional....

Its a great place to hangout so many activities to do. Must visit place, All they have to improve is the food quality. Otherwise its pretty neat.

Ambience was good but the food serving size was small for the price. Service was slow because our order of 4people was served after 35mins.We ordered Santa Fe chicken burger, Feast on Meat beef burger, Mediterranean flatbread sandwich and Alfredo pasta.Didn’t like the Alfredo pasta. They used penne pasta for it; Fettucine would have been better. Also it had a very milky taste to it.The burgers were were okay taste wise but the buns weren’t upto par and serving size was very small.Lastly the Mediterranean flatbread sandwich was the best. Both taste wise and serving size wise. It’s like a quesadilla served in pita bread.

It is wonderful place to go to if you are looking for something different in Karachi. The seating arrangement, the decorative library, the ambient lighting, the variety in food of almost each cuisine from different parts of the world. Besides these, there are board games that you can engage in with as a family or as couples. There is a room in the basement that can be used if a group of say boys only want to dine in and smoking is allowed in that room in the basement. So yeah it caters for everyones preferences. I recently had a dinner invitation and had a really great 3 4 hours with everyone. It is also a great place to have some indoor photography with different hats and fun items available to match with the exceptional decoration of paintings on the wall .

A good place in town with a list of different food items of different types environment is bit shaddy and place is very small and no seperate rooms for birthday celebration as well though the prices are reasonable but the quantity is not what I expected.

Would love to visit again and try other meals.

The ambiance was good but the food was below average. Beef was not available at all although was on the menu and so we order chicken fillets with mushroom sauce. The food was cold and the sauce was not creamy at all.

Enjoyed the theme of the place, as well as the menu selection to go with it. The food was was good too, and the staff quite helpful. Wouldnt mind going again.

The people running the cafe are very friendly. There stuffed chicken is nice but mexican loaded fries are a big no no. Overall a fun place to hangout with friends.
