Skills Valley is a hospitality management institute-(North Nazimabad).Here the students are trained as a qualified chef and to manage dynamic kitchen environment.The roof top of the academy is made a Cafe, called Knead Cafe, an airy open place.The cool thing was the food was made and served by those humble and active students.The food was fresh, delicious and hygienic. This Skills Valley cooking institute opened up in Block I, North Nazimabad a while back and recently they started having smalls stalls there in the evening daily for Chai and burgers outside the building. My parents, always in search of a nice chai place in North Nazimabad, went there and found out about the Knead cafe too which is on the second floor and offers only breakfast and only on Sundays. It has become our favourite nashta place and I wish more such spots would open up in the area.*Ambiance 10/10*Taste 9/10 (American breakfast platter, all types of omelettes- pakistani, garlic cheese, mushroom cheese, cholesterol free-, pizza paratha, chai, lassi, grapefruit juice were all really good. Even the bread was so good! Serves only breakfast. Compact but nice seating arrangments. Good taste and reasonable price. Pizza paratha is becoming a signature dish. Good enviornment. Not much activity for kids except to eat due to limited space. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because they still need to improve on serving time, taste consistency, staff seems to go in panic mood when its crowded - hopefully will get over it with experience. Overall a visit is recommended for a nice tasty breakfast (cooked in a reasonably clean kitchen, better than many restaurants).

Its fair to say that food is good.. though its expansive in comparison of similar category restaurant .. we go there for breakfast and orderd different foods I attached one pic.ambient was similar to dahba style.. service was quick... but customer services satisfaction was not upto the mark.

This is the place where we decided to start our 14th August with and we were not disappointed at all. They had special arrangement for the occasion, celebrated independence day with an amazing cake! Breakfast was fresh and cooked very cleanly. No regrets at all. You all should try it too!
