Went there for breakfast, we ordered southwest sandwich and fajita sandwich and pulpy juice and parceled some donuts! Their southwest sandwich is just love but fajita tastes and feels like eating some bread with chick veg curry. Otherwise food and ambience was good.

Firstly the staff is not friendly and respectable at all.They talk to you like you are bothering them.Stiff tone and extremely rude gestures ..Plus 400rps for the crappiest coffee in the world.And100rps??? For water ??!Yes this little water that is barely50-60rpsI sat there alone to do some work on my laptop there was no internet aswell.So yeah .Horrible place to go toPlease dont spend 800rpsOn coffee, and water.Its a waste.!

I love and have loved Dunkin Donuts and this place is similar to every other franchise in Karachi. But with Dunkin Donuts having disassociated themselves with every chain in Karachi, I would recommend avoiding them. Especially with the closure of q branch by Sindh Food Authority.

Its OK for small groups of people as there is no enough space to accommodate too many people. Cost is high, but quality of sandwiches buns is not good (they often use staler buns).

Their new desserts were much hyped and I was hearing mixed reviews about them. So I decided it to try them out myself. The launched they 2 desserts iceburg and donut ala mode. Iceburg was totally delicious freshly baked served warm. But out my despair the 2nd one i.e ala mode which was a chocolate donut with ice cream the donut wasnt fresh it felt like microwaved. Disappointed with that one. But like always their shakes and donuts are on point.

The BBQ sandwich is love.

Love this place. Their donuts and coffee is a treat to eat. Ambiance is very good though it is a small out let but very neat and clean. Staff is friendly and donuts are so delicious. The only problem I face there is the parking issue.

Less space.. not air conditioned neither fan.. shake were okay.. but the only thing sandwiches were good.services were good.Cleanliness was much better.Totally recommended if they fix their fan or cooler .

Food is delicious and fresh. I think donuts are sweeter than normal, I couldnt eat more than one. They have a nice environment but not very spacious. The place is ambient. But I think they are bit expensive.

I ordered cuppaccino for parcel which cost is 250 but they give me simple expresso ......

It is a clean and healthy environment and it is the best place to enjoy your donuts and coffee. It would deserve a five star but the only issue is the parking. It is usually hard to find a place to park, so that is why I have rated it with four stars

Just to good but try to get your order by hand instead of delivery otherwise they gonna deliver you the not so fresh ones

Everything is good even the service, too. Only the dine in floors ceilings are too low this could be a problem for tall people like my self i.e 510 that u might get constantly get hit by the lamps.

Not liked by Pakistanis much as by other western countries. One of my friend had a terrible review of the place he said that he has been a customer from many years and still he hate the service at most of their branches. You have to wait 10 minutes or so before anyone from behind the counter notices that you are there to actually buy food (this happens every time regardless if they are busy or not). Then they will run in and out of kitchen at least 3 times before properly listening to. They have the least trained staff one can witnessed anywhere in Karachi.

This is the only fast-food joint available in the area. Their menu is pretty much the standard one at all the Dunkin Donuts outlets. While donuts remain their specialty other eating options such as burgers are also their for a multi dimensional bunch of hungry people.

I love the coffee at Dunkin Donuts and when Im traveling or at home I am always looking for a Dunkin Donuts coffee shop. I moved to karachi 4 months ago to attend school for a new career. I decided to stop in the Dunkin Donuts near the gulshan and the young man behind the counter was training with 1 other person completing the orders. There were about 5 people in line and about 6 people waiting for what they ordered. The customers had to show their receipts to the person making the orders because she couldnt keep up. Both employees were doing the best they could and apologizing for the long wait.
