I had a get together here for 75 people at the Sea Front Restaurant. The arrangements were more than I could have asked for. All the guests were satisfied with the service that was provided. Mr. Afzaal & Mr. Laxman were very cooperative and provided their guidance throughout the evening. Highly recommended.

Beach Luxury Hotel is a perfect place to relax. The ambiance is just perfect and the setting is beautiful. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated and room service is good. The views of hotel lawns and the sea from the rooms are a treat to watch. The food available at the hotel is delicious and mouth watering. Environment is safe and relaxing. The hotel is located in the upscale Lalazar residential cum commercial area of Karachi and is central to the city. In case of tourists, room rent is affordable. Very safe and spacious car parking in the hotel compound gives you the comfort of approaching your car as freely and as frequently as you want. Security is very good. All in all, the place is highly recommended.

It is a good place for dining out and photography, especially for wedding photoshoot. Regarding riverfront, it is infront of smelling gutter water, one can see thick layer of industrial waste just a hundred meters away from the deck.

Extremely slow service, with average food quality and limited buffet items variety. Location is ideal and peaceful except for the smell from Sea and Fisheries in the evening. Staff is extremely professional Syed Kamran and their GM Mr. Qureshi is a veteran and professional man.

Good food, nice ambience but they need to have some good music. Another suggestion would be to have some decent lights instead of those colorful lights around the cannopy at Qasbah Restaurant.

Beach luxury is one of the best luxury hotel at Karachi,I like it due to its location on sea at very comfort and attractive place.Although last time around 3 years ago when I stay there it was in very poor condition with lack of interest of management to improve the condition, but now it was as in very good condition, although due to Covid there was no any other guests except our team

I found it on google map easily and it was very helpfull me. I want to suggest that the numbers which given on tha google map updated. Because several times the numbers given in the map not responds or powered off. So plz if you change the number so also update new one on map also. Thanks

If you dont live close by, coming home after 6 is going to be a massive headache due to the traffic. Theres not much else lacking otherwise, good service, proper parking etc. Just dont use the lake in the back, the water is rancid

This hotel has a unique venue which cant be compared other hotels in Karachi.

Visited 1am, quite & peaceful. Real magic is the sea view & floating deck along with lots of greenery. Food is excellent, I never taste better then their club sandwich. Sea food festival is a must attend event.

The ambiance is good. Rooms are clean, well managed and spacious. Staff is polite and cheerful. There can be issue of foul odor from sea side on and humid days. It has gym, laundry,restaurant and swimming pool. Food specially sea food is to die for.

Their open air lounge is a good place to have juice or a nice cup of coffee, and relax or work. The staff is courteous as well!

Beach Luxury Hotel is the oldest hotel of the city of lights. Many of the annual literature festivals and different conferences held here. There are more than four conference halls of different capacity. There is a beautiful lawn with nice ambiance of Arabian Sea. For overnight stays and dinners, its the great place.

One of the oldest hotels in Karachi by the Avari group. The location is marvelous and it has a sea front with a mangrove on the opposite side. The staff is friendly, there’s a fresh seafood restaurant (Casbah) and 007 for other cuisines. The lobby offers an open seating arrangement where one could order drinks, shakes, tea, coffee and other snacks like a club sandwich or fish n’ chips (both of which taste quite good here). The reason I’ve given it only 3 stars is that despite being on a great location, Avari doesn’t give this hotel the attention it deserves. It used to be amazing but now lacks in several things - from poor and old room and restaurant furnishing to neglected areas (in terms of cleanliness and maintenance), such as the bridge connecting to the sea front restaurant.

Built in 1940s. Right on the creek front with beautiful day view and night view of the port lights. Rooms were fully renovated and tastefully decorated. Rooms rent is bit high. Recommended for stay.

It was my first experience in the hotel. Such a nice comparable and cozy place.Enviroment was calm and peaceful.The staff was trained enough and so prompt in their service. Their manager (dont know his name) is kind and helpful person. He deal with us very professionally.Hotel infrastructure needed to be renovated. The beach sides water was very turbid and in evening time found mosquitos.Overall it was a good experience

This is one of best hotel in Karachi, having good views. Its location is an ideal that gives this hotel good sceneries. The place is good for Conferences and festivals. They provide good quality food and they maintain hygienic environment. I would love to visit this place again.

Beach Luxury hotel is a old fashioned hotel with the nicest and the most helpful staff I have ever seen but the hotel needs some serious upgrade. The halls the bathrooms are not that great. The lifts are old there is a constant electric problem. The main lift on the left has the 2nd floor button broken, the bathrooms on the second floor are terrible, one of them was not even closing. The food was below average, the buffet there had a variety of dishes but the taste was very poor. I think if the hotel gets a good maintenance check and a proper upgrade it would bi amazing.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, especially Sir Imran Ali , really awesome, helpful and professional. He even gave us a glass of fresh juice for being a Choice Hotel member. The lobby was nice and clean. Dinning area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone, including tons of bacon. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

I got an opportunity to attend a meeting in this hotel and I must say they have improved their standards.Rooms, iftar buffet dinner all thumbs up.Mangrove view from its garden during evening was superb.

Avari Beach Luxury is usually the place where most of the happening festivals take place. Theyve got a great outdoors venue which overlooks the ocean.

Went there for high-tea a few days back. The environment was serene and elegant. The food, however, was not as appealing. Maybe its because the price is so low compared to their dinner buffet, the dishes served were mediocre at best. Sadly, I couldnt even fill my stomach as there was not a single thing I wished to try a second time. The wings, maybe, but other than that the menu was somewhat of a disappointment. Staff was really attentive and helpful. Extremely professional attitude which was a welcome sight. The whole place is stunningly beautiful. If you are planning to visit, go to Beach Luxury for the view, not the food.

Coming to KLF was not a very fruitful experience considering the amount of crowding out of non required guests who do not have any interest of literary discussions and just enter there for fun.. I think that there should be some cleansing at the entry of the venue. It creates challenge for true listeners and audiences.. pls revisit and devise some policy through discussions with the organizers..
