I wish there was some competition on the airport but we are only left with good old MacDonald.Inside you will feel like MacDonald, they have a signature look to it.One problem you are going to face globally, in every MacDonald that their ice cream machine is broken. Used to it so no issue.And lastly the taste. You can have mac chicken burger after several years and they will taste the same. Sometimes the feeling is euphoric and sometimes its nostalgic but it will never be good or bad than this.If youre loving it. You will love it every single time.

It is a good place specially for passengers who have time to sip a coffee or enjoy a burger meal ensuring that they dont miss their flights.

This place is chilling in even summers due to open and fresh environment. One can sit out door and enjoy Tea or favourite burger and fries. The purpose of McDonald’s anywhere in the world is to have a standard taste for all the food items. Burgers, nuggets, fries, shakes everything here is almost comparable to any other McDonald outlet anywhere in Pakistan. Being is Islamic country, all of its contents are halal.The outlet is spacious, neat and clean, mostly glass and thus lit by natural sunlight. Seating options are ample and the ambiance is very friendly. Staff is very courteous.

Loved our time here. All SOPs were being followed. We ordered burgers that were served hot and fresh. We had a restless toddler with us who was given a complementary ice cream by the staff. Excellent service. Good cleanliness.

Mc Donalds as usual a nice clean and tidy place for dine in or take away. The meals were tasty, the rest rooms were clean. Food was served properly, the staff was courteous and helpful. And the kids could play safely in the near and tidy play area. Although there one problem at this outlet the credit card machines were not working due to some connection problem. I saw a few customers struggle and go back because of non availability of cash. So giving 1 star less due to this issue. I hope it gets resolved soon. Keep up the good work.

Except their big mac tripple rest of the burgers are smallish for the cost. Taste is blandish and not what it was about 2 years ago. But for clean and good environment they are good at the Jinnah Airport branch. Good for the fast food on the go.

The McDonald’s at Karachi Airport Parking has been renovated and has a bright new look. The new seats and chairs are comfortable. The ordering area has been upgraded and looks good. Four self ordering machine have been installed. A nice new initiative and hope it works well with our impatient public at large. We did not used the ordering machine but placed orders at the counter. Here again the policy has been changed and instead of self serving, one is given order number plate and order is served at the table.However it appears that the size of Big Mac has shrink to meet the cost and price.The other thing I noticed was the new sauce serving cups. If you take sauce in it and eating potatoes chips then it is alright but the cups are no good when trying to put sauce to a burger. The open space is small and burger cannot dip in. McDonald’s need to review and look.

Nice outlet at the airport parking. Has a drive through as well. Have introduced self service counters with touch screens to place order and credit card machines linked to them to process payments. Nice sitting and dining area outside the building as well with open air seating.

When i asked the counter officer for any promos he with his jestures shows lack of care as i was not bulk/premium product customer...i took tea only...tea was expensive Rs 220 per cup

Airport branch is one of the largest with parking drive through and cool ambiance . Always find it healthy and fresh and 24/7 operational. Also international departure and domestic both have franchises inside as well

If you are at karachi airport and you have to wait for your flight, you would probably need food. Other than eating any thing else and wasting your money on any of those shwarma stalls i would suggest McDonalds as it is very quite in here also you will be on a walking distance. Best thing about this place is that in other countries they dont let you redeam offers on MacDonald app but here if you have any offer on mcdoald app you can redeam it.

I really like the re-design of the place with some family areas to other areas with privacy. The chairs are comfortable and are a mixture of high and low seats.The overall ambiance is new age, modern and great use of space. Glad that healthy lifestyle peddling McDonalds ads are gone and fun and funk is back.The food is like what you would expect at a mcdees. I usually stop between flights for shakes or coffee as there is an additional counter in domestic departures which brings food from this restaurant. Bear in mind to allow 30-50 min for delivery if you order from there and the food may be cold as the person jumps through various security hoops for you.

Orded big breakfast at Airport branch yesterday but sad to see it wasnt a big breakfast. Rs 650 must be worth spending

This branch of McDonalds is different than other all outlets in Karachi, especially the taste of most of its burgers, sandwiches, as well as nuggets, is substandard, perhaps due to huge traffic of the customers here, being within the parking of the Karachi airport, where not only departing and arrived passengers come to have fast food, but also their dear-ones are also its customers, who either come to receive or see them off. This outlet of McDonalds must have more variety of dishes and deals, then rest of the branches in the town, because being the gateway to the city and the country, most of the foreign passengers must be coming here for the very first time, and it is important to earn a good impression from them.So the quality of food needs to be improved at any cost, on foremost priority.

Always my best place to sit Inn, hanging out, chilling my mood, eating best, no iftari hassles, even when I cry... McDonalds in Pakistan is always friendly to me and I find it one of the coziest place whenever I am on the go... Which I am never tired sitting for hours doing the best of me. I am really lovin it.

Airport McDonalds is our go to place for late night coffee or shake or snacks. Calm and quiet place to have food and/or beverages. Kids can have some fun too in the playing area. Looks a little weird to hang out at a restaurant that is at the airport for travelers, but who cares

Its a good place to hang out if you come early to pick or drop someone to the airport. The cardamom tea is excellent. But whenever I have gone there they only have one countered manned and a host of people in line. Defeats the purpose of Fast Food.

Lovely place

Nice place, but limited to airport entry

The outlet is just in front and center of Jinnah Terminal in the middle of parking lot. It staffed by very professional and friendly staff. My family and I were looked after very well. My son especially enjoyed it. We bought him a Happy Meal which came in with a boy toy which we later realized he already had. The staff was kind enough to replace with a newer toy.

Best play area in all MacDonald restaurants in Karachi..My kids love it.

McDonalds at karachi aiport is a decent place to have meal of your choice. It is open 24/7 and had very much space and ambiance. They have some outside availible to eat ot chill. You can wait and have a good meal until your love one either they are coming home oe going out of city/country.

There is room for some improvements. 1) Customer can not enjoy the process of menu selection. There is menu board at counter but during peak timeings it is difficult for selection. Thats why we used your smart screens which are for self order. There was one more issue in it. When we were selecting share meal, there was only pictures of items but not text, there should be both. Due to which we were guided wrongly. 2) Crew show guide if meal is not balance. In our menu we had extra cold drink but he didnt observed. 3) Burger Petties were fresh not hot as it should be.

Its one of the best McDonalds in town. Quite large children play area where they can enjoy their time while playing and eating.
