We can take best enjoyment on this place. specially her dine is very restfully for couples or family. The staff of this branch is so helpful specially cash counter madam is too guided about menus or stuff. Girls is also included this staff thats why we cant feel any afraid for females.

Food was good, milkshakes took more than 10 mins after the food was prepared.Firehouse burger not upto the mark, everything else was good.

It was very pathetic and the shops staff tried to trick us by giving our food to our other table but they didnt get it and then they were not cooperating cooperating

I ordered via masterpass and got a discounted burger, i was worried that the taste might be compromised but no it was good. The staff was also very courteous. The only downside was their restroom/bathroom, it was smelly and in a bad shape.

They catered to our order very efficiently.

It was the best experience specially the animal fries and also staff and atmosphere was cool.

Very very poor service , we placed the order and took 3 hours to deliver and the call centre kept telling us that the order was on the way until the people at the call centre started hanging up our calls. after two hours of our order we were told that our order was never accepted.pathetic service . never going to order again and would never recommended to any one.

Today we order Burgers which deliver to us after more than an hour. While rest of the order was OK, One BBQ fillet grilled burger was received with a very tiny chunk of fillet. We immediately informed them but the response was not upto the mark.UPDATE:AFTER ONE HOUR BURGER LAB HAS COMPENSATED FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND DELIVERED A COMPLIMENTARY BBQ FILLET GRILLED BURGER.THANKS BURGER LAB

Taste good as always.... a renowned brand for variety of burgers.The only thing that hits you the most is the prices which are quite high as compare to few others in the market.Overall a good experience here with clean environment

The quality of burger was excellent. The price is reasonable but the beverages prices are more than double the maximum retail price printed in bottles and they also charge general sales tax on already charged bottles.

Burger Lab has great burgers and they like to experiment every now and then. Personally, I like their Big Bang. They have the Quadra Reloaded with four beef patties if youre up for that. Their latest burger is Carnivore, which has slow cooked pulled beef. The substitute for Zinger is The Doppler. Their Animal Fries are highly recommended. The atmosphere is good. Nice place to take your children to.

Service was good burgers were just ok. Not highly recommended only recommended. Big bang beef pattie had a burnt flavour. Id like other burgers regularly but BLAB gotta bring up the game.

Wont be returning here for sure. Deceptive marketing pictures of burgers. Using generic knn chicken products. The burger buns were definitely not fresh. Menu said iceberg lettuce - there was none. The loaded fries with chicken chunks is day light robbery. They should be ashamed of themselves throwing 4 or five minuscule chunks of chicken and charging four hundred something. Shame. The staff was courteous and pleasant. Restaurant was hot and humid. Hope the owners will take this review in a positive manner and make immediate ammends. And the restaurant was empty at @9:00 pm peak dinner time. Just a couple of takeaway customers. Wake up before its too late.

I hate it, yesterday night had its original. It was so small for 400rs range that i went and had another burger from burgershack zamzama. I wont goto burgerlab badar ever. Patty was dried a bit, least amount of veggies, sauce was barely there to keep things tastily moist. Deals were wasteful of time. As if BL doesnt want to work harder to make itself felt in stomachs of foodies. It just needs fhe name. Sorry deeply dissatisfied from deals, quality n quatity especially.

Except for Doppler I dont recommend it to anyone. The beef patties are always dry, too much salty and the beef is smelly every time. Tried their big bang, nuker and others only the Doppler and fire house are acceptable.
