Loved,loved and loved the work. You people made my day.. Everyone was asking and loved the dress.People still remember and use to ask me your address. The designers r very cooperative and know how to deal there customers, not even a penny of arrogance in them unlike other designers,very professional and delivers what promise.

I honestly walked in thinking that I was a step away from getting my dream wedding dress and getting the upmost quilty, but was met with them trying to sell me pieces that didn’t go with the dress I had picked out. I was shocked when I read a review from someone that had been through the same experience I went through. This review clearly showed me that I was not the only one that went through this horrifying and upsetting experience and made me feel even more upset as this was the dress I was going to wear on my wedding day. As a customer I felt disrespected and betrayed as I had trust them with the dress I was going to wear on my big day but ended up with them trying to sell me pieces that didn’t go with my original dress. I hope this review has helped others to not bother even thinking about getting dresses from here as they clearly don’t care about their customer service & are very unprofessional with their dealings with customers.

These guys are so rude in dealing. Their very own brother Sikander that owns SHAKEELZ opposite to dolmen mall beside Haris Shakeel is such a nice person, Id recommend all to visit them. They understand what you need and make exactly what you ask for. They have such amazing dresses and they dont rip you off like their brother.

Scam. Shows something makes something else. Very rude customer service. Makes brides cry.

Lower quality compared to what is shown. I bought two weddings dresses 1st one was a rip off it had such light work compared to what was discussed. I was told I would have much heavier work and got back a think boarder. The dress looked like it was worth 50K but I paid triple the amount for it. My 2nd dress was nice but the work on it was not clean and very cheap I literally took it out of the bag and the wires started coming off, after trying on the dress for fitting more wires started coming off and looked like a hot mess. All buyers please make sure to check the progress. Lastly theyre very rude, no sense of manners and lack serious customer service skills. Just a message to Shakeel brothers please keep in mind we are spending so much money on your work the most you can do is give respect. Honestly wont be coming back due to lack of customer service.Update: I wore the dresses for my wedding. My Baraat outfit ripped, literally the stitching came off from the lengha top part. And the thread wires on on my Valima dress were little all coming off I was crying the day off and my sister had to cut the wires that were all sticking out. Veryyyy bad stitching. Im actually so mad and disappointed

PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR WEDDING CLOTHES FROM HERE OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR GODS SAKE. This place ruined my wedding dress twice. There service was pathetic and they were rude. They thought they would get away with it too! They show you something else and make you something else that is much cheaper in quality and lacking all the gems and glamour that the original had. Then they refute that even though upg have picture evidence that it us entirely different than what they made. They did this with my shaadi dress and another expensive dress I had made. They also ruined my moms clothes. Hers were even more of a disaster. The material was exceptionally cheap and tore the first night and they told her it was because she was fat (not because they put too much work at the sides right under the sleeve). For Gods sake who calls a woman that in public. Then they made this odd spider web print for my valima dress and refused to fix it. It was awful and then I had to find another place to make me a new dress in 3 weeks. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR WEDDING CLOTHES FROM HERE OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR GODS SAKE.
