I went to Al Bustans Hi tea by the pool side. It was a good experience. Just that the pricing is too high And the quality of food couldve been better.

A very well built hotel that perhaps needs a bit of upgrade now. Rooms are quite spacious and well furnished. Toilets are clean and well laid out. The lobbies and sitting areas are nice too though the carpets at places have a stink and need a change. Rooms service is quick and responsive. A nice hotel at a very convenient location.

Nice place to stay in Karachi. Rooms bit stinky, I dont know if its my personal problem that i feel may be due to carpets. Good swimming pool. Upgraded their services after renovation, still ongoing.

Actually one of good around. They have recently renovated the lobby and fanoos lounge. Their hospitality and choices of restaurant within vicinity is good.

Amazing stay at the hotel. They had our room prepared for our wedding stay and the service from house keeping to guestservices was exemplary.

Went to Marco polo restaurant for high tea. All over experience was very good. Nothing seems stale. The biscuits were also crunchy. I like the most was fish chilli dry. The fish was tender, flavour was very good. The dessert corner was also filled with enough varieties. I paid Rs.1500. Dont know what actual amount is because i was with a meetup group.

I have known this place since it was called Palace Hotel. This was dismantled and a new high rise hotel was built by the name of Sheraton, which did good business for a while but later turned non profitable. And since then there always is the talk of take over by others group, at a certain period a national agency was supposed to run this hotel, finally it is in the hands of Movenpick. With all its grandeur and service.

Its always a great experience staying here. Staff is polite and courteous. COVID-19 SOPs are fully implemented.

Our overall stay at the hotel was outstanding. Staff was amazing and very professional, cleaning crew specially the guy name Abdul Majeed is very good at cleaning extraordinary service . Their cleaning supervisor Iqbal Noor has came personally came to know how is everything on cleaning and stuff and I’m very please with the service and will definitely come back to stay again.

The carpets have seen better times. Its a major renovation but the stale smell in rooms and corridors is noticeable. The amenities are good service is nice. They concierge service needs improvement. They say we move on the hour but being 20 minutes late is normal for them. And at rush hours make it a half hourly event instead of hourly. All in all not bad but with very little effort this place can be top notch.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights.Pro:1) Reception staff is friendly and helpful.2) Room is comfortable and TV has many international programs.Con:However, I was disappointed with the service in the restaurant during breakfast.3 out of 5 morning, waiter asked if I wanted tea or coffee. But they didnt serve me even until I left. It was more than 10 minutes of waiting for tea.

Quite and comfortable rooms with good service and food. I really like breakfast in the morning which included dishes from all over Pakistan, Arabian and European cuisines. Security is good as well. Hotel is international standard but its on expensive side as compare to other hotels in Karachi, but I recommend this hotel if you are going on official tour.

The hotel has been shut due to covid and due to that has a damp type smell. The management did their best to find a nice non smelling room for me. The staff make this place what it is.
