Last year on eid i bought suit of their festive collection, they have fault in that suit, they accept that and verified but they didnt exchange or return because i misplaced my sale receipt, can i buy alkaram suit from anywhere else? They have 3rd class material and at the time of exchange they saying we cant help you. This is how they are running their brand
