We recently had a picnic there, Id like to say that it was the worst decision ever we made. The pictures which were shared were not even close to what the hut is in reality. Thus is a hut with a little more planned construction but this is not a resort.There are no welcome drinks, tea will come late, there is no proper beach, too many rocks and if youre going there during the day youll have to wait till 2pm to go in the water.Both The swimming pools are of sea water, but there is sand floating on the water and we felt the water hasnt been changed in a while.The bathrooms had a bad smell, the hut is apparently on solar but the fans seem to work very slow and for some reason there was power outages which didnt make sense if youre running on solar especially on a bright sunny day.There are no air conditioners so dont be happy seeing the pictures.In short 25k for this hut is a rip off.Hut Rating: 3/5Value for Money: 1/5

Good time spent, I was there a few years ago then the pool was too deep and not suitable for those who dont know how to swim. So take care of that!

Went there on 21st July,18. In my opinion,1. It was a good experience there only if I exclude the swimming pools and the 25 thousand rent.2. The food was good however it was cold, ask them to serve as the cook.3. Pools were filled with sea water (which is already salty) above that they had chlorine added in it; which made it useless as I said. Also, they added blue color to change the color.4. One of the best experiences ever, my family had a great time. Stayed for 2 daysThe Beach Resort was excellent , the food, the pools,music , neat and clean bed sheets towels .we got complimentary things like camel ride ,Boat ride ,soft drinks tea n biscuits on arrival as promised.The staff work really hard to keep the place look clean and tidy .We enjoyed the water sports ,one we booked was the jet ski and a speed boat for the day .Thank you Beach Resort for making it memorable will come again .

Resort was nice but the sand has quite alot of stones

Total waste of money. Salty+dirty water. Power breakdowns, generator light in limited area had been supplied. Even though no curtain on any window even not in washroom. Washroom window was uncovered.. No bedsheets on the bed.

Its a Nice and secure area. They have 2 indoor pools one is on big size and 1 is more kids. They have stove and gas, electricity, generator, snooker table, a nice view from the balcony and terrace. You can spent easily with your family.

We stayed at the Beach Resort last week on the recommendation of friends who had raved about their stay at the resort. The resort exceeded our expectations, and we had an absolutely fantastic time there. We particularly enjoyed the serene environment of the resorts pool side, it was very calm and soothing. We had easy access to their private beach, the water on the beach was clean. We enjoyed the boating and camel ride. The staff at the beach makes you feel very taken care of, and this is the case in general with the service at Beach Resort. We had breakfast and lunch at the resort, and both were excellent (particularly the prawns and fish in lunch, those were amazing, yummy and delicious). Had and amazing time there. We are already thinking about planning our next trip back!

Huts or resorts are good, but beach is rocky. Full of sea weed and pebbles. Not ideal for a dip in the water. To add a little more, there were too many bugs at night. Irritating.

It was bad experience there due to the place inside the sea. The shoure side were full of stone . Resort was also not well maintained . Over all bad experience

Had a great time at beach resort. Its fully secured with so many facilities .The environment is truly serene . Enjoyed the pool and snooker ;definitely would love to come again with family and friends :)

Nice and cozy place of French Beach.

We booked Beach Resort for 24 hrs and had the most memorable time.The mangement guided us the way to the Resort and were continously helpful.We were served complimentary tea and biscuits on arrival.There were towels and hand wash in every bath rooms .During the whole stay the staff was very corporative .The Resort is very relax/secure place as there were life guards at the Resort and the Beach as promised .The place is well-maintained and the staff are polite and trained efficiently.A very nice getaway from the city. We enjoyed the good food and amazing water sports .My children enjoyed the swimmming pool and swings.Thanks also to Beach Resort water sports person for giving us thrilled and amazing rides on Jetski.Special Thanks to Hussain and Hasan for making us comfortable and assisting us throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

I suggest to those who want to have good picnic on beach, kindly dont select BeachResort @ rate of 25,000 which is after 40% discount. Reasons areUn-hingenic pools,1980s third class classless resort,No facility, neither tea on arrivalThe main part is, we select resort for privacy but at beach resort you find no privacy and safe area, where you family feel comfort,Beach resort agent hussain, fake person, he never talks on phone call, every time will say there is network issue . I have been contacting him for my trip invoice but he is not giving me, there for i think i should take legal action againt them.

Most pathetic experience with these people we had on last weekend. Simply looters they are. I would suggest DO NOT GO to this place. its dirty, unclean and a mess that will waste your day. Beach is also not good with blackish sand, Access to the beach is really bad i have ever come across in any hut in this area.Worst part is the unprofessional people running this business. They fraudelantly took advance payment and promised a lot of good features for their hut and arrangements. We had booked 3 fooda with them. When we arrived they were still cleaning their place, as it got dark we came to know lost of the lights are not working. They tried to fix some part in next few hours. The promised bbq was not started by 10pm, when some noise was made they started working on bbq. At 11 they served very small quantity of half baked bbq chicken which was not eatable. they workers cooked this food by themselves and no one had any idea what when where we can get what was promised. We cancelled other 2 meals after first experience but they did not refund the money even. After some complaints everyone disappeared from the scene, Called them bummerous time but they had blocked our cell numbers.Later next morning parts of the hut were rented out to other families though we eere given and ensured compete privacy in initial communication. We left the place by 11 next morning although we were supposed to leave by 6 pm. They didnt bother to say sorry rather stayed away from all the hastle.We had worst night on this so called resort and i request you to not book with these looters and liers. Some workers on condotion of anonymity told this is normal for them and everyone come here have a fight or dispute with these people.Most unfortunate part is that in Pakistan even you can not judge/trust people by their education, degrees and language spoken skills. Most are corrupt and fraudulent.

We visit this so-called beach resort this weekend things which are on web (google and facebook are only good work of adobe photoshop or taken very old when was built)It is too costly and has no amenities or facilities those are mentioned on web publically. People managing this hut are cheaters and fraud they are only cheating people. Everyone who is planing to book this pathetic place must visit first before wasting money.You have to face following when you will be there:- No cleaning- No room facilities as mention in pictures every cloth, wall and bedding dirty and dusty.- Bathrooms are very diety and all accessories are nroken or unavailable such as showers most of out of order.- they are supplying sea watet in bathrooms and pools.- No one is serving or caring after check-in such as cleaning matters- they are not supplying food as committed on booking with food ( do mot pay for any food them they will not provide you as per quantity and taste) there is no proper kitchen or BBQ area.- Due to unclean and dirt there are lots of mosquitos and lizards even inside rooms and bathrooms.Both petson who are facilitator only vocals not pay any attention or response to your complaint. There is completely mess up at this resort.Its hoghly recommended not stay at night with family there is no security guard or parking facility. Please do not book only visiting web must visit first before book even for a day visit. It worth only 5000 to 10000 for one visit. Minus every facility mentioned those are not same as portrayed.

Indeed a very bad Resort. We went there because we saw some good reviews about services and the resort location. For a small extra amount of money we could have stayed in other much better resort, so make sure NOT to visit this resort just because of reviews, because you will get very cheap services.1 - food was bad - dinner meal which would be live BBQ was not live and was not properly cooked, they were serving only chicken without any sauce and with bread that is cold and not easily chewable, instead they were committed to provide paratha.2 - beach - they dont have a private beach, all you have to travel some damaged stairs all to reach to a public beach very next to fishermen colony and all you have to be vigilant about your valuables and family.3 - cleaning - they did not clean resort before our arrival and things were messy when we reached. The most highlighted pool facility was not clean and water is salty and not fresh water pool. Rooms were not maintained and only fans were installed. Air conditioning was mentioned in service but there was no air conditioner available. All night we were attacked by mosquitoes and in morning housefly were the attention seekers.4 - Security - As they told us this place is private and secured was only the fabricated statement. As this was not a private beach and anyone can enter from front or back as no security guard was present. There were two attendants both went to sleep after 1 and we guarded the resort all night ourselves as the doors are not properly installed, therefore the facility was open to any stranger.5 - Miscommitment - As we are committed and also paid for 24 hrs all we get another family enter the facility in morning at around 1000 hrs to grab rooms at roof. And therefore we left early at 1100 in morning.All in all, a very bad experience. We will never come back again here and I advise you not to come either for night stay!Best wishes for those who still want to give it a try.Allaha Hafiz!

There was no water in washrooms and there was no electricity. Generator had no fuel and even after refuling it didnt start. This place has no proper ventilation. Go there and get suffocated.

We booked it for 2 slots night and day .Loved the water sports jetski ,speed boat ,wow boat and special thanks to the Beach Resort water sports team for making everything thing excellent.The food was great starting from the night live BBQ to breakfast , specially the mali boti BBQ .We enjoyed the complimentary boat ride and camel ride .This was the second time we were in Beach Resort. It felt like comming home again. We had a wonderfull time with beautifull weather.The people who work there are so verry kind and helpfull. We booked a pool villa again. Which was realy amazing.In the front and the back swimming pools. Our son (8 years) had the time of his life. We will be back next year. Thats fore sure.We reached there around 11 am and were guided by the manger of Beach Resort.Was a really pleasant welcome that we received as from the gate itself.At the arrival we were served with an amazing complimentary tea biscuits and a lovely team.People there are just amazing. The made each step of the day memorable for our group.The food was fresh, tasty and well served at the Beach Resort.Hygiene which is a key issue for us all was just perfect - floors, toilets and pool. The beach boy perfectly cleaned our sun glasses and make it a must to please us all. Perfect place to celebrate friendship!Special thanks to the Beach Resort mangment team (Hassan and Hussain)For making everything memorable.Highly recommend.
