I found the staff to be courteous however the attitude of the owner did initially come across as helpful but extremely mean when we wanted to check out. We went in to only find dirty rooms and knee deep water due to recent rainfall, when we requested to leave with in 30 minutes of us checking in, we were informed that no money is being refunded back to us. Anyways, we moved to a different hotel, however, recommending anyone staying there is never happening again :)

An old establishment, in old days hotel was working as best corporate supported property. Restaurant was a good place for corporate lunches and dinners. Now only a short stay place

Within the PECHS, near my destination office, near my associates homes, etc. what else do we want? This hotel is very clean, although its a bit old [30+ years] and most likely needing repairs [what was expected to work had worked!!!]. Staff are courteous. Parking is a bit awkward, due to construction in the vicinity, which is progress towards better times.

A couzey place to have your lunch n dinner and you can reserve rooms here. A very nice place adjacent jheel park n Tariq road market.

Lovely people with a great hospitality, very helpful staff.its a 3 star hotel but the room was very clean and tidy, good wifi connection only stayed for a night so cant say anything about breakfast but hey.. good central location aswell.

This is by far the most worst hotel i have stayed in, It does not even deserve to be called a hotel. The basic facilities like 24/7 water supply, wifi internet is not available. Promised buffet breakfast but did not serve. They are a bunch of cheats. If there is a option of rating -10 stars, I would have happily given them that.

If i could i would give it half a star! Terrible service and the staff kept us away in a separate area and wouldnt let us talk to anyone so we wouldnt find out why people were checking out days after checking in. Avoid!
