SOPs are moderately followed. No physical distancing at all. Their stuff and racks are also cluttered that there is little space left for proper walking. Although staff is cooperative guides and show you stuff properly!!

Product merchandizer should work in morning.They usually works in peak hours and cover more area with their product cartons which is disturbing customers very much.Hope management will do the needful ASAP

It could run better if there were more serious management involved in its affairs. Most of the staff is busy with their own personal problems instead of helping out the customers. Some of the staff works really hard but the teenage staff is giving the establishment a rather bad name.

The best super store in town. I have been going Chase Up (remember Chase Up) for many years and have had the same good feeling. Pleasurable experience, friendly and efficient staff. A nice departmental store where people of the whole family can find a significant amount of variety of the product of their need, with economical wholesale price.the service is very good, though some staff members need to be trained a bit more properly.The people at the counter are mostly courteous but some of them also need to be taught some manners a bit more productively.The overall experience of doing shopping from there is usually a pleasant one.thank you.

I will rate them three stars only.They are a big chain of departmental store but they still keep first and sometimes second copy of the products some original products are also found but rarely, they should evolve now and upgrade itself.If their target audience is low to medium income households, they should sell alternatives of the branded products instead of fooling the common Man by selling them copies of original products and advertising them as discounted original products.Alternatives should also be good not like them; for promotion of copy of original products, third grade alternatives are kept with it.Who will buy a third grade alternative in comparison to a COPY OF TOP BRANDED PRODUCT?Govt. Officials should raid such stores and confiscate the copy of original products unless otherwise mentioned as copy on the product.

Not a easy and convenient place ,parking problems no facilities to take troly in basement

It is much better than the one on Five-Star Roundabout due to the fact that it has kitchen groceries like spices and edible items. Staff is also very kind and supportive. Only issue that you can face is of Parking. The road in front is still under construction and for that reason you have to park on it, with the useless KMC Parking charges.

Located at KDA chowrangi, service road is very conjusted, at time traffic got jammed. There is a hospital right in the neighbourhood which make the service road even more busy, condition of road is horrible but it will get better once the work of fly over complete. However the store is good with almost everything available.
