Well maintained store good quality products specially their brown sugar (dark brown) is awesome. It is Rs.98 for half kg. Tast and quality of that dark brown sugar is unmatchabl. Its free from bleaching chemicals and artificial sweetener.

I use to go imtiaz super market but been lucky since big buy store open in my neighborhood. I go there regularly to buy all my groceries,kids toys and clothing item . Very friendly staff very helpful fully train .Bad things ?In basement shoe store have no return/refund policy trying to return my daughter new shoes but they said they don’t have any return policy while staff in shoe shop told me I can return anytime I want but I will get gift vouchers instead of cash . But this wasn’t a case also when you finish shopping and going outside trolly staff by force snatch trolly from me and drop me to car parking , paid him some money while ask about my car vallet guy bring my car and ask me for tip .When you go there on moter bike security guard standing there with noto ki gaddi and you assume parking is not free I give him some money and ask him if moter bike parking is free he said it’s free then I ask him why he behaving and holding cash in hand ? He did not answer my question but said up to you if you want to pay or not .Inside is all good but outside they need to put more professional staff rather than greedy people who expecting money for parking and dropping trolly .

Its the most convenient store with different item under one roof. With good bargains, thats the owner or entire management team has named it Big Buy & its been proved.

Good but some time he include thats item in your bill which you not included.

I m a big fan of Imtiaz Store since 20 years .... but now a days in situation of covid big buy is a great opportunity for grocery . Very big store healthy environment . Every thing is available here. I have just one issue at the checkout point man checking the bill is not fair he refuse the long bill people on line and giving priority to other people who have small bill . Please take notice of him .

We have been shopping worth 50000 per month ( receipts are all with me).Sent back 3 packs of dates which were bad in taste , for the first time ever. A stupid man who is appointed to deal with the customers said these dates cannot be taken back because dates never change the taste. All three were untouched. The one we used was not sent . This happened today.
