Rubbish customer service, salesman not giving price of products and talk rudely. They dont know how to talk to ladies and what are customers rights
I have always loved visiting a d buying from nishat. But was even more glad that for covid.19 they are following the shops.
Its just average. My expectations were very high about this brand due to their strong advertisement but trust me they offer stupid pattern clothes. Very disappointing!
Worst possible customer service. Bought a kurta two days back and wanted to exchange it, get a different size, and they wont allow it because the collection has changed. Excuse me? It says on your wall you have a 7-day return policy. But no, they wont budge. Even their customer service officer on the telephone wont budge. Their argument: why didnt you you bring it back on the same day? Well because the person who it was for wasnt here till a day later. Absolutely unprofessional customer service. If the collection has changed, send the kurta where you have sent the rest of the collection. This is the differnce between after sales service here and in the West. Never going back to Nishant Linen!
Very big store but quality is not that good and even variety is limited. For me it is mostly monotonous
